Right when Ankita came to Mansi's sangeet, mansi did try telling her that she wanted to talk to her and tell her something. Once Mansi found out that the dress was not gifted by Naren. After that she was called up by someone that the sangeet had started and she needed to be there.

Mansi is not dumb. She try to handle it the way she knew how considering Raunak being Ankita's BIL. She thought by exposing him to Kinnari she was warning Kinnari abt her husband at the same time telling raunak to leave her alone.

Who she should have told is not the argument..Yes I agree she could have told Ankita, Naren and Shashank at the same time. May be let them all here Raunak's call convo.

Unless one is in that situation and trying t do the best they know how should not be argued over by calling her dumb...Just mt POV.

she hardly knows Kinnari . What does she know of her except that she is super obnoxious ? Whatever little she has seen is this ...that Kinnari tried to call a child a thief and that Kinnari thinks of them with much much contempt . Even phoning Rushaali was ok but Kinnari ?

And describing Kinnari as some bechari wife ? Completely agreed that Raunaq is a lech but what does Manasi know of Kinnari's character ? Even in the few times she met her Kinnari was anything but a bechari . That part of what Raunaq told her was perfectly true .

why directly bypass sister and do all this ? The excuse that Raunaq was her sister's devar wore thin the moment things went out of control . The dude was sexually harassing her on her marraige day after he was married , sending her secret outfits and she had a spate of messages to show as proof ...Ankita could have brandished those messages under Sunanda Tai's nose .

It was not Ankita who should have been kept out of all this but Kinnari . She should have told all this to her sister ...then whether to tell Sunanda Tai , Rushaali or even Kinnari should have been Ankita's prerogative .

Totally agree with you - this is such a ridiculous move on part of the character - she should have her sister, but that is the writer's for you - they can never do anything creative.
