It is psychologically proven that there is a thing called emotional adultery (as is emotional abuse etc.)- and it is equally true that cyber predators are punishable by law (even if there is no physical contact), as will a court consider a plea for divorce if there is a cyber' love affair (emotional adultery)...in fact, an emotional affair can be considered a type of chaste nonmonogamy without consummation (leading to infidelity).

If a nurse who takes care of a sick and lives with the patient - is she living in sin??? There are actually nurse who takes care of serious patients (cancer, tumors in brains, stroke patients)) - is that a sin???

Arjun Purvi had PRE-marital sex which is not called adultery! I guess its quite common in Mumbai nowadays, premarital relations and living in, etc etc. 😉 And its even more common in Ekta shows!

Of course ArVi never had any physical relations while Arjun Ovi were married! Now if "thinking" abt your ex lover is called adultery, then I guess one has to start moral policing on thoughts too! 😆 Who knows how many married men and women think abt their ex lovers? 😉

But the definitive term is Lovers! Means they are/were in love!

Raunak-Mansi cannot fall in that category as Mansi doesnt love Raunak, she abhors him... and Raunak only lusts after her! Its like fantasizing abt a potential rapist and his victim! 🤢

in this world for some married persons its possible that for them their ex lover is more important than current spouse so for such type of society its very easy to accept eye contacts and all lovey dovey feelings for Ex...but not for everyone ...whether its about reel of ekta kapoor or about real...for both sense thinking process will remains same.

online affairs today , if proven by hacking the computer , r admitted by court as emotional distress inflicted on the wife . There is no physical contact there but if steamy passages r read out in court ur gone .

Thats why they never showed ARVI pulled in court but some stupid nonsense of Onir pretending to be married and gave it a twist .

Court does not listen to the 'i feel i'm his soulmate' argument . All women and men can use it then and have a free license to do anything . Neither will the court look kindly on the womam feeling a right to tamper with the wife's dead baby as she felt she was somehow bound by soul and had acquired a right to keep on interfering in the couple's life to the extent of breaking law . The court would recognise the soul argument and the never giving up policy not as virtue but as dangerous madness , term it as obsession and order psychiatric treatment for Purvi and time behind bars .
