So... has everyone finally been driven away by PR?
This place is so empty. I miss all of you guys, by the way!

My parents still watch this show. I see it sometimes. I can't handle watching this show. It makes me want to barf. I think Naren is despicable and reminds me of Arjun's character, playing two girls.
I currently don't really watch anything on Indian TV, except for QH sometimes, though I have a feeling I'll tune out of watching that show pretty fast the way it's going.Since I only have Zee and SONY and mostly used to watch shows on Zee, I've noticed that the characters both male and female of Zee's shows are so irritating. I can't go into more detail on the PR forum, but every time I catch glimpses of Ek Mutthi Aasman, PR, Dholi Armaano Ki, I want to chuck something at the screen or throw shoes at the characters.

So I recently started watching PR again due to sheer boredom and this show is the same old with the utterly ridiculous triangle between two sisters.
On Thursday's episode, the words out of Archana's mouth made me facepalm.
Archana was saying that Ankita didn't receive proper "parvarish" growing up. She also said that Soham's kids didn't know what it was like to live with money and only as poor. She said if Ankita grew up with them she wouldn't have to go through the contract marriage with Naren.
I find many truths in Archana's words. It's true that Soham is/was incapable of providing proper upbringing to his kids. He also didn't provide the necessities for them as he never took care of them well.
However, Archana has no leg to stand on. She's still the egotistical and self-righteous woman as always, believing only she and her family are capable of providing proper upbringing.
As if we haven't seen what kind of "parvarish" and "sanskaars' she is capable of instilling in her children. First of all, she didn't give two hoots about most of her kids during their childhood. Sachin, Ovi, and Teju grew up away from her. The child she did raise, Purvi, grew up to be a controlling and manipulative person with a God-complex. And as for Soham, she had an opportunity with him when she found him 20 years later and still blew it. She didn't bother to properly educate Soham so he could feel more like a part of the family. And she has the gall to call out someone else's parvarish.
Regardless of what a scum Soham has turned out to be, I believe his five kids still turned out better than they would have had they been in Archana's care.
The second point about the money. Archana claimed Soham's kids never experienced the life of money. Um, Archana how is your family CURRENTLY experiencing the life of money? How exactly have you made Ankita's life better now that you know she's your grand daughter?
She invited Ankita and her siblings to come live in the already over-populated chawl house they live in. How is her quality of life better? The entire family is still living in a 2-bedroom house. They don't even have proper services like water in their chawl. So how exactly is her life of money providing any basic comforts to Ankita and her siblings now?
