I agree that sony doesn't promote their shows well. I mean the shows are aired 4 nights instead of 5 that is mean.. Balh as lots of fans-very popular among the viewers.. I was surprised when I was monitoring the People's choice awards 2013 poll for best jodi.. RAYA was leading most of the time but was eventually edged out by QH's ASYA by a view percent :D Ekta is wasting the talent of the brilliant cast I.e Ram and Sakshi who are legends, Jai and Tarana and Sumona. LOL I never encountered a history book with Jalal's story but it will be interesting to read what they have written. Heer Kunwar a.k.a Harka Bai was Jehingir's mother. Jodha was Jehingir's wife.. Lol it is amazing how the new generation can twist history to make money

Yes I saw that movie. Also saw the newest version Hrit-Ash wala. All the versions are twisted. Heer Kunwar was the Rajput Princess,daughter of Raja Bharmal that married Jalal. She was the 3rd wife of Jalal after Ruquiya and Salima. She is known as Mariam-Uz-Zamani becoz she begotted the heir of the Mughal Empire.. The funny things is they are showing Jalal married to his Bahu!! ;(

I am loving her character and was cheering her on when she told the Deshmukhs off. The Deshmukhs really had a lot of nerve blast Rushali and her husband but leave it to them to jump to conclusions and judge others. Rushali has been fair with Ankita, she did not force her nor did she keep anything from her. Ankita knew what she was getting herself into and was ready for it in exchange for a better life for her siblings, it was something in which both sides benefited from, they are helping each other

Actually Prince Salim's mother was a Rajput Princess, her name was Heer Kunwar, aka Mariam uz Zamani...first and Chief Rajput wife of Akbar.
