Interesting. I am not sure how I feel about the project or how much I want Sushant to be a part of it.

Film on Azharuddin...he is no Milkha to be painted as a hero. If he himself is on board, will he make himself look like a villain or a victim in the match-fixing controversy?

And I have not seen any of Kunal Deshmukh films, how is he as a director?

Here are the films Kunal has been a part of:

Shaatir (2014)
Jannat 2 (2012)
Tum Mile (2009)
Jannat (2008)
Woh Lamhe (2006) (chief assistant director)
Kalyug (2005) (chief assistant director)
Zeher (2005) (assistant director)

Exlcuding a few, his films have gotten good reviews 👍🏼

even if personality wise the characters are different i feel it might be too early for sushant to play a cricketeer again...🤔

No, that was a biopic on MS Dhoni. And that was a Bollywood life article= bakwaas!😆

On the film Azharuddin, I hope Sushant doesn't do the film. The way Ekta was going on and on about Azhar in her interview made me feel they are going to downplay a lot of the controversial stuff, and just show the tragedies in his life to appeal to audience sympathy.

Nothing much. And no direct talk about him. KJo asked him if he feels the heat of competition with so many newcomers and Abhi said yes and blah blah.. KJo said Ranveer, Sushant etc with all the six packs and stuff.. and Abhishek was like the newcomers are more about gymming and all rather than acting which should be top priority. He didn't take anyone's name

I was amazed KJo mentioned Sushant as the one with six packs.😆 He hardly showed off the six packs in any movie.

If he didnt take any name why are ppl so angry lol . He is r ight acting should be but making character believable should be too now a cricketer cant be over weight

Bcos KJo had taken Ranveer and Sushant's names in the beginning while giving examples of people with six packs so people are assuming AB said so with reference to them directly. Plus after that there was discussion about Ranveer's body and six packs abs in Ram Leela after that so more reason for people to think it was about Ranveer. I don't know, I forgot a lot of what they talked about, can't remember.

I personally don't feel it was for Sushant though. Ranveer ke liye ho sakta hai, but Sushant hasn't shown his six packs properly in a film as yet, so why would AB make a comment about him like that? If anything, it is KJo's pyaare Varun-Sid who have flaunted six packs to full glory in SOTY.😆
