At the office, Naren n his mother r talking, a very drenched Ankita enters n looks around.. Naren looks out but is not able to see her face.. he tries to get a better look..
Shashank calls Ankita, but she doesn't answer, n he wonders where she is..
back at the office.. Ankita talks to the peon n gets to know abt Naren.. he tells her that he is equal to Arjun sir in d business partnership, n has learnt a lot from Arjun.. Ankita tries to look into the cabin.. and just catches a glimpse of him.. as his mother is facing him..the peon goes on praising Naren.. and they show flashback to a couple of scenes.. Naren winning the businessman of the yr award, he humbly accepting it.. also that Naren is very humble n never shows off in front of the media.. peon also tells her that he is younger to Arjun n unmarried n very hard working.. n not like his brother raunak..
Ankita wonders why arjun has called her.
Prashu calls Ankita n tells her to come soon.. but she says she is very busy n tells him to manage..
She then meets Arjun n the lady.. arjun introduces her to Rushali.. they both notice she is drenched.. Rushali leaves, Arjun then tells that she will henceforth work for Naren, n do everything that she used to do for him..
again prashu calls her, she tries to ignore the call but, Arjun tells her to answer.. she talks to prashu n tells him she cant come on time..
Arjun asks her what is wrong, she says its nothing, but Arjun insists.. she then tells him that the boys side have to see her for marriage proposal.. Arjun is taken aback n tells her to go home.. she says its ok n that she will do the work.. but Arjun smiles, says 'ankita'.. he calls his driver n instructs him to drop her home.. ankita refuses saying she cant go in his vehicle, but he insists..
Soham is drunk n walking aimlessly on the road, he keeps recalling d past.. he then bumps into a car, the lady in the car gets out n yells at him.. Soham apologizes n leaves.. the lady feels she has seen him somewhere(looks like purvi's friend)
Ankita is heading out of the office n thinks to herself, that Arjun sir is such a nice man... she feels that sum good things n sum not so good things hapnd that day.. but it was all good in the end..
back at Ankita's house..Shashank's, his mother keeps praising Mansi, Shahshank thinks she is referring to Ankita itself n tells her that she will praise her more when she personally meets her.. his mother asks how much more personally, n that she has been seeing her from the time she has come.. Shashank then realises she is talking abt mansi n tells her, they have come to see her elder sis who is still at office..
Shashank's mother gets restless.. she keeps complaining.. Ankita reaches home n talks to them.. but Shashanks mother cuts her short n asks abt her work.. ankita praises her boss n tells she had lot of work.. she offers to make tea for them, but auntyji declines.. she asks Ankita if she always works so late, but before she could reply.. thet get ready to leave, ankita says she walk them out, but again the lady taunts n says she is already wet n wouldn't want to catch a cold.. else she wont be able to go to office the next day.. they leave Aunty speaks sweetly to mansi, who asks for her blessings.. n shahasank tells ankita he'l call her..
later at home, prashu tells Ankita, she should have come on time.. ankita tells him her office work is also important.. she hopes shashank convinces his parents..
but his parents are not happy with ankita, a girl who spends so much time in office n not home.. n his mother says she likes the younger sister better, shashank is shocked.
in the morning, ankita sees some photos of them in shonu's book.. she asks her why she has kept them there. d girl says coz she loves them, she has kept the photo, ankita tells her she cant carry pics in her books, n asks her where she got this idea..
Shonu says from Mansi n goes to get her book.. d girl gives mansi's book n leaves.. ankita opens the book and sees shashanks's picutre in it.. ankita is shocked.. Mansi comes there with breakfast.. Ankita asks her if she likes shash, Mansi gets worrried n asks her why she is questioning her, Ankita shows her the photo.. Mansi then apologises n tells her not to feel bad..
she tells Ankita that shash has been coming to their home for so long, she praises him n says how much he has helped them..and says that eventually she fell in love with him.. Ankita listens to all this sad n shocked..
in canada:
Purvi is sitting in the hall suddenly the lights go off.. she calls for the butler, by then everyone starts singing happy birthday, the lights come on.. a huge choco cake is brot n everyone surrounds her.. she hugs, takes blessings.. looks at the cake n is sad..
Purvi has a flashback to one of her birthday's with Arjun.. its just the two of them.. Arjun is putting candles on the cake n he puts some extra.. Purvi tells him that is not her age n that she is younger.. he says come on purvi who will know, its just us n teases her, she playfully hits him n says to put the right number of candles.. Arjun agrees n then calls for a couple of musicians.. he sings for her n again in the song teases her that she 40 or so.. and he continues to pull her leg.. Arjun then pulls her close n they dance.. he then wishes that even when she is 100+ he will always love her the same, as much as he loves her now..
purvi comes back to the present n looks at her cake n everyone n misses arjun..
PRECAP: Ankita comes to Arjun's cabin, and asks if she has done something wrong, Arjun says nothing, but shows her the print out with Archana's profile.. Ankita loks at it n is shocked..
