TM your totally right! the morals in this serial are just ridiculous. even archana didnt say- 'you havent even asked him how he is and you are expecting him to do you a favor? thats ridiculous.' these are some terrible parents! no matter what happens- ovi or purvi, how can a dad just up and leave his children? why are pari and pia so unimportant to lonely boy that he just hasnt contacted them in 20 years?!? more importantly, why are ovi and purvi so important to him that he just let them get away with cutting him off his kids' lives? see this is generations of bad parenting thats resulted in ankita and siblings, pari and pia today. archana married off purvi to ovi's ex-husband in less than 2 months after his divorce. what kind of a parent does that? even her agreeing to arvi engagement in the first place was ridiculous given that arjun's ex-fiance was ovi! the answer for both siblings wanting to marry arjun should've been a NO. arman shouldve collectively looked arjun in the eyes and said you can go sow your seeds away from our family tree! what did the girls know about love anyways? they were only 18 and 19! heck archu 'sacrificed' all her children for her pavitra love. DK treated ashna like a low priority business deal for most of their marriage. so its no wonder that these kids with such terrible parents and role models are just huge messes. i feel bad for purvi. ovi, teju, sachu. soham and arjun were by biological limitations always going to end up in this circus. but purvi's otherwise simple life was wrecked when archu adopted her as a replacement for her bio children.

I agree with you that parents have a great influence on the lives of their children and children often turn out badly when parents fail to shwo the way. However, i think that blame stops once we are adults. As adults we are able to change the way we re and how things turn out by becoming thinking adults. We don' t have to turn out how our parents were. We can make good choices to be good human beings.

I have just seen the episode where Purvi calls Arjun to find out why he called her. She clearly did not want to make any normal conversation with him. He tells her about Archana's look alike and suddenly she is interested. What really got my gaos was how she very matter of factly asks Arjun to help her find out more about Ankita!!😡 With what face or right does she ask for Arjun's help? She doesn't even have teh decency to say please! 😡 I was attracted to this programme because of the Purvi character. Today, I have finally gone completely of this character. How shameless. Well blaming Savita makes as much sense as blaming Purvi because it is clear that Purvi wanted Pari to have a relationship with her father... she was very upset to hear Pari talking that way, so obviously it isn't coming from Purvi. I wasn't blaming Savita, i said maybe it was ..or maybe it was Teju, or Manav/Archana or the birdies... the point is we . don't . know . yet !

Purvi and Archu are made of the same mould! Purvi is just following in her mother's halo-ed footsteps all her life!

how come purvi hasn't told her daughter that it was her who compelled arjun to marry ovi because of ovi's conditon! (I'm a purvi fan but this annoys me)

People always had this problem that Purvi was too Mahaan and too sacrificing, that Ovi was more realistic and human because of her selfish, matlabi nature!
