She bring back the old pavitra rishta when sushant and she was on main focus..awsome job by her..i hope pavitra rishta will back to its old possition soon when it was b in top 5 to 3 shows..

yeah she is flawless beauty and ppl bash her for that hats off to playing 2 characters with equal grace and poise

I watched the first episode today and was surprised that I actually liked it. I liked both Ankita and Prashant, that guy also looks like a good actor. And oh Soham! So so good! Hope the CVs develop this track nicely and don't make khichdi of it by bringing in more love stories so soon.

I agree to it. Finally i think old charm will be back with ankita as central character. And the hit show will get back its position

If I started watching this... (Middle Part Crap Show) again, it is to see Ankita, and her character... I am least bothered about *Middle GeneratioN* and their pains... Ankita's story is soo refreshing...
But I really doubt Manish's character is that of opposite Ankita...
Am sure, she will get married into some *Rich* house and will have some rich man around... This guy might fall for Ankita...

really hats off to her for playing both grand mother archana and granddaughter ankita so convincingly. she is so looking beautiful in today's episode. i m loving Ankita's track.

currently ankita's story is what charmed the aam janata towards pavitra rishta. nobody was the richest business tycoon in the world in arman story but they were happy strugglers. a simple arranged marriage, an unpar couple making it through the ups and downs of life with each other. then they introduced rich people, rich people problems like rich guy poor girl love story, sisters marrying same guy, having his children, all this being kosher, all sorts of weirdness! somewhere in the court cases and glamorous weddings and parties, the simple heart of the story got lost. the focus shifted from marriage and the simple values of a very conventional couple to a story focused on non-traditional passion and constant distrust. i really hope they maintain this with ankita instead of getting lost in the glamour of love and property and money.

I agree. She's been outstanding portraying both Archana and Ankita. Right from the first scene she made sure she made them look completely different. The mannerisms, the voice modulation, the nuances for both characters are beautiful to watch. I lost interest in PVR after Sushant left but I am gonna watch it everyday for Anki. I wonder if Archana is going to be a bit different from before. I'd do without all the sobbing. And grey hair can't hide Anki's beauty. I hope she eases on the whitener though. She doesn't need it.

And what can I say about reel Ankita? She seems like a strong, lively girl who is basically raising her siblings. Its so lovely to see Anki play someone so young. Its been a while. She looks absolutely stunning in her salwar kameez. Simple yet gorgeous. Can't wait to see this story unfold.

I can't say this enough, I really applaud Anki for her willingness to play a 70 year old woman. Not many 20 something gorgeous actresses will dare to take on a role like this. Bravo Anki! You got major guts. 👏
