I am not defending Archana but I think Soham and Purvi love her sooo much that she has such high expectations from them that if they do anything which she feels is wrong she shouts at them, hits them, silent treatment etc. Basically she wants them to be like her. Do everything the way she does.

I really wanted this Satka hua Manav earlier but Alas! there was no gunda available to shoot him in the head - but about time. Arjun slapped Ovi- HIS WIFE that too in PUBLIC and declared love for another woman, THIS Manav would have beaten the crap out of him- boy would I loved it or what. Ovi wept for her dead baby who she didn't even got the chance to mourn, THIS Manav would have given a true prasadi for that 'bhalaai act' to Purvi- but the chance was again missed. Now the debate have started for importance of blood relations, REALLY- had Purvi undergone blood transfusion now and became Deshmukh Blood! What about her mahaan parvarish, her soft heart, her sacrificing kidney, her bhalaai wala liver- aren't they enough now. Soham a psychopath- attempted to kidnap and molest Gauri,almost killed Sachin - the guy who is a certified Criminal! BUT should be given a chance only because that 'Insaaf ki Devi'- Purvi is With him.

And YES this whole shraadh-drama was over the top and should have been avoided, having shraadh and then marriage- The combination itself look Wierd.
