Leap is not happening because of Ankita. every show of EK has leaps. when EK finds the current track comes to end and doesn't give enough popularity, she introduces new characters or leap.
young actors/actress always has hesitation to play elder role. At the time of 18 years leap Ankita too had hesitation. Personally EK has good relationship with every actors in her show. EK spoke to Ankita and convinced her to do mother of 18year old girls, MIL and Dadi role. EK now offering her younger role to Ankita for respecting her request.
Same way EK must have spoke to all other current young actors/actress too. based on that only EK will move their character after the leap. EK always gives option to her actors/actress. she insists them to stay if their presence is needed after leap. if actors refuses EK changes the track accordingly. if they agrees to stay on EK's words then surely EK will give them chance to do another show under her banner.
Decision of quitting is purely actors choice. EK never forces anyone.
