Hiten Tejwani to act in Agnidev Chatterjee's next movie

Well known TV actor Hiten Tejwani has been roped to do a role in filmmaker Agnidev Chatterjee's next upcoming movie Tere Aane Se.

Hiten sounds excited, "It's been over 12 years that I have worked in the television industry, and now I have become very selective about the kind of roles that I want to do ..be television or Bollywood. In the past I have done few Bollywood movies, but somehow it didn't work that well for me. When Agnidevji offered me to do a role in his upcoming movie, I was really impressed with the script and it sounded very interesting. I had no second thought and immediately agreed to do the role. I'm sure my role in the movie will attract the audience."

Hiten admits that his first love will always remain television and he won't give up acting on the small screen ever. "Honestly speaking, today whatever fame recognition and love I have got from the audience is through the television medium. Aur kuch bhi aa jaaye, television main acting karna nahi chorunga.. I have been getting lot of Bollywood offers but that will not stop me from acting on the small screen. It's great experience to act in small screen as you get to learn new things every day. Over the years , I have experienced that acting in serials has given me lot of scope to do various character roles. I have experimented on doing both good and bad roles and it has been a big challenge for me whenever I have tried to do some different role."

Next Hiten wants to get into direction. He says, " My dream is to direct my own film one day. Acting bahot kar liya ab film direction bhi karke dekh lete hai..." Hiten will be visiting Delhi end of this month during the film shoot of Agnidev Chatterjee's film Tere aane se. He says, "It's always nice to visit Delhi. I love Delhi for its greenery. I hope to get some time to freak out on the chatpata Dilli ka khaana."
