Hi everyone, long time since i visited the forum. Since I've lost interest in this programme, I have not been too active here. However, reading this today spurred me to comment.

So, if he is to play Ankita's father, which Ankita? Ankita as Archana or as Pari? If it is as Archana then I think they have forgotten that they killed her father after the previopus leap. If it is as Pari, then they actually looking for the older Arjun, right? Now getting a young hunk for that role is just tooo ridiculous. They know that it will be hard for audiences to accept Ankita as the older Pari and so they need to juxtapose her with another younger person hoping that it will be acceptable and attract viewers. Well they're wrong.

LOL! obviously it has to be Ankita as Pari! Why would Ekta and BT get a new actor on board to play Manohar Baba's character when he is long dead and gone!!

@ Bold- Well well well...looks like you have already predicted the future eh?!...What makes you think that it will be hard for the audience to accept Ankita as the older Pari?! I,for one,am eagerly waiting for the leap to happen so that I get to see Ankita in a young role that suits her age! And not only me,many of my friends and family members are waiting for the leap to see Ankita play a new fresh role!
As far as being acceptable to the audience is concerned,let me remind you that Ankita has been on this show for 4.5 years now,playing the lead.She has portrayed the various shades of Archana to perfection.She has proved her mettle.When someone as young as Ankita can pull off a 50-60 something Archana,play mother to people older to her,go on to play a grandmother and still look convincing,I don't see why the audience will not accept her in a role where she plays her age!😳

Maybe theyre trying to cast for the father of ovis child if she remarries etc...?

It cant be as Arjun as Ankita cant do Pari's role, Pari has no bio connection to Archu so its not possible. So yes, what ur saying is the rational conclusion. Ankita junior as Ovi's kid by her 2nd husband. But Manish looks too young to enter the show as Ankita's dad. Anki's case is different as she had already played her role for 3 yrs before she was shown as mother of 5 grown up kids. Thats called continuity...but to enter the show as an aged dad when u look 29-30 wont be acceptable to most actors. Thats the whole point of the article.
