Loads of respect for Mrinalini for calling a spade a spade. Pavitra Rishta is Ankita's show and will thankfully remain so. I guess some actors became too comfortable and wanted the central spotlight forever on them. I don't blame anyone for their decision to leave as everyone should think about their self-interest first, but you can do so a bit gracefully as well. The ugly mess which came to fore has left a bad taste in the minds of the audience. Honestly, if some of the Gen-Y actors would have left in a more dignified manner without spreading rumours, I would have really wished them well. Now Potato-face and Miss Squeaky fall in the same category as Aunty. Their expressions said it all in the SBS/SBB segments about Ankita's comeback. About PR taking leap...I would have liked it better if they would have started afresh with nothing related to the old PR. The connection could have been drawn from the first episode where an old Manav-Archana would begin the narration of a new love story similar to their's and as pure as they have loved each other. And from there on it could have been a new Pavitra Rishta. I really do not want the baggage and mess created in current PR. I really really wish that the idea of new PR does strike the BT team.

Aunty is choreographer Salman Khan from Jhalak. He used to bitch about Sushant and Ankita with his fans through private messages on Facebook. His fans used to divulge all his gossip on the Jhalak forum quoting someone on the sets. It eventually got revealed that it was Salman himself. All the rumours were petty and not very credible, but it was his gossiping way that made us term him Aunty!
