Why the need for a Divorce?

The whole D and K Clans including Purvi are utterly stupid. They accept things as if they are uneducated and not aware of legal issues.
If Onir was already married there is no need for a divorce!

When did Sachin talked about Purvi's Divorce?

They are not filing for divorce, rather they are basically suing Onir for fraudulent conduct because he "lied" about his marital status.

I think the whole issue about divorce is taking forever. Ovi sent Divorce paper to arjun, he signs it and return. Couldn't she get a prominent lawyer in India to file it for her. Her brother sachin is suppose to be a lawyer. Why she has to come and file it herself? It would not be contested.

In Onir's case, maybe he needs a divorce. Shalini is his first wife and they are still in love according to him but they could be divorced and he was single when he married purvi. Its possible. The problem with him and purvi is that he lied to her about shalini and she believed.

But all in all, this whole divorce issue is taking way too long. What's the use having these couple still in marriage, living separately and purvi and arjun rekindling and the divorce has not happened. The divorce should have gone thru a long time and then show purvi and arjun rekindling and falling in love all over again.

Well I think they were not talking about ONIR and Purvi's divorce, they were talking about the case which Archu filed against Onir, (coz he cheated Purvi )
