Finally I watched the whole video.

Loved the interview. Sushant came across as so eloquent and calm, and so clear about what he wants and what not. I felt he was the most relaxed in the whole interview.. ekdum aaram se answer de raha tha. And I can say without a bias that he was looking the best amongst the guys.

Varun came across as someone trying very hard to create an impression on the others.

ARK was ekdum casual. I liked most of his answers too.

Alia was my absolute favourite in the interview! She was just frank and bubbly aur bole ja rahi thi patar patar whatever came to her mind, without trying to be diplomatic about it. And no where did she come across as overconfident or anything like that.

Gotta say I loved loved loved all the SSR-Alia moments, when he said 'I'm a dropout' and she immediately jumped up.. 'yeah me too me too!!!' LMAO so happy to get someone like her on the table! And the point when Masand asked do u keep tabs on others/are you aware of what your competitors of doing, Sushant said I would love to.. and Alia said I am aware :P And the way they laughed at her after that! Aww these two were the most frank people on the interview.. ekdum undiplomatic and I loved it!! There was one point (I forgot which one) when Alia was going on and on about something.. and sushant was laughing at her and seemed so amused. Aww,, she is so young you cant help being amused by anything she says or does.

All in all it was a good fun interview. Alia invariably was the highlight and Sushant's answers and behavior were the most impressive, without a bias. :)
