Yeah... but it is impossible to attend everyone's calls...

This was a tip given to me by my super boss at work... that I need not attend all the calls and none after 7 in the evening, to strike a work-life balance... And I strongly believe it is required...

Sush appears to be a sensible person and down to earth... people should not consider it is arrogance
