Sheetal, they are "Shameless" cause they are in a hospital together😲, forget about Manav, Archana, Soham, Gauri who were also there. Arjun and Purvi are standing in the same room, they are Shameless. Arjun Purvi look at one another, they are Shameless, Arjun Purvi feel sad for one another, Shameless again. Arjun and Purvi support each other in the time of need, guess what, they are again considered Shameless.
