Guys the Father's day was a hit .
The gulab jamuns thankfully came out well . I was so worried coz in my craze to do the authentic halwai type of jamuns i had tried a new recipe . But they did NOT disappoint me😃
Kids made a card for Daddy and got him a present .his fav set of colognes and perfumes .
Son is too grown up to hug 😆😆 but it was he who had gone out to get the present .
Hubadub was surprized as everything was hush hush and he had gone out to play golf .
Onir deserves a rap , not for the first shaadi , but for ' sending Purvi back to Arjun ' . I don't like how marraiges r treated in this serial . It is a very serious , very holy , very legal institution . Much bigger than any 'feelings' . Respect it or don't do it at all . When there is no domestic abuse and the spousal relation is fine , there is no need for the dreaded word 'DIVORCE' . It is NOT an escape for unwed pregnancies . It is NOT a temporary arrangement till the lovers 'unite' . Purvi and Arjun have mocked marraige and sinned but even Onir has mocked it by 'sending his wife back to her lover as that would make her happy .' None know the meaning of that word . Only Ovi truly tried to make it work by giving it her hundred percent , but she was NOT appreciated for her efforts but laughed at for serving beverages , waiting up , copying the great Purvi [ who i have no doubt would have made Arjun serve her beverages and lift her chappals . As a matter of fact Onir WAS serving her the morning tea .] But unappreciated and later conned , Ovi left sad and disillusioned and it was gloated that 'true love wins . ' The truth is , values lost .
