Hey guys I am extremely sorry for this much late update of my this ff...as I said I had lost interest in writing ffs but now I will again start writing and therefore thought to update my all time fav ff...

Before I start my next part...here is the short precap - In the last few chapters you all read that Purvi's bone marrow matched with SD's bone marrow...SD is none other but Soham Deshmukh...Before the day of the operation Arjun gets to know the truth that SD was the only one who tried to harm Purvi in their engagement party...Arjun in anger comes to Deshmukh House to reveal the truth about SD but sees SD there and don't say anything...He even tries to tell Purvi the truth but fails...

Chapter 90

Day of Operation -

Finally the day arrived when Purvi will get her bone marrow transplant and she can finally get back from the mouths of death after a long span of almost 18 years now...Purvi in the last 18 years became a fighter but at the same time her heart learnt how to love someone madly...yes she found Arjun in her life and she gave herself to him completely...the day she realized she loves Arjun her life started revolving around him...Arjun was also the one reason due to which she has been living for...and now from today after getting operated she can live her life to the fullest...

"Bappa, today is the biggest day for me and I know you are around me and supporting me but still I will wish something today...please give strength to my family especially Arjun to be strong at the time I am getting operated...I know Arjun will surely be in tension but please Bappa be with him today...he is my strength and if he breaks down today I wont be able to fight..." Purvi was praying this sitting in the hospital room and counting the last few minutes before going into the operation theatre.

Arjun came inside the room with a paper in his hand. He went towards Purvi and started reading the instructions written on it which was given to him by the nurse...Purvi could sense the tension in his voice and expression...and therefore to calm him down she instantly held his hand. When Purvi did that Arjun looked at her and both started starring in each other's eyes...

"Arjun I can understand you are worried about me...but please don't take tension...I will be fine..." Purvi said this giving an assurance look to him...

Arjun sighed at this and instantly sat on her bed and took both her hand in his...

"Purvi...please come back soon...don't make me wait for long..."Arjun looked down and tears started rolling from his eyes...

Purvi moved a bit forward...held his head up and wiped his tears...Arjun within an instant hugged her...This time tears rolled from Purvi's eyes too...

"Arjun you are my strength and if you become weak like this then how will I be able to fight then..." Purvi said this while hugging him...

Arjun broke the hug...wiped his tears and then hers, "I promise I wont become weak...you just be strong as you are and just come back soon..."

Saying this both smiled at each other...

While they were talking, nurse came inside the room...

"Mrs. Kirloskar please change to this gown, the OT is ready and we have to move for the operation..."

Arjun and Purvi looked at each other for almost two minutes and then Purvi went to change her dress and wore the operation gown..."

Outside the Operation Theatre -

Onir was checking for the last minute details of the operation...

"Onir will Purvi be fine na.." Archana came near him and asked this with lots of concern..

"Aunty please trust me...this operation is the most simplest one and Purvi will be back with a bang and from today she wont have to worry about cancer...she will be completely fine...I promise" Onir said this giving an assurance to Archana, Manav and entire family...

"Onir please take care of her..."Arjun requested Onir by pleading in front of him...

"Arjun what are you doing this...Don't worry I wont let anything happen to her...she is my best friend too...and before being her doctor I am her friend so don't worry she will be fine..."Onir said this holding Arjun's hands which were pleading him...

Saying this Onir went inside the operation room where on one side Soham was sleeping in unconsciousness and on the other side Purvi...

During the operation -

The entire family was worried and was in tension. Arjun was remembering all the moments spent with Purvi and after every two minutes he went near the Ganpati's idol at the hospital...

Kise poochu..

Also after every few minutes he went near the operation theatre and tried to catch the glimpse of Purvi...While Purvi was getting operated his heart was sinking...he felt lifeless..he had promised Purvi to be strong but without Purvi how can Arjun be strong...after all both are strengths of each other and both are weakness of each other too...if something happens to the anyone the later always breaks down as this is how they are..without each other they are incomplete and with each other they are no else then heaven...

Saanson ne kahaan rukh mod liya

Koi raah nazar mein naa aaye

Dhadkan ne kahaan dil chhod diya

Kahaan chhode in jismon ne saaye

Yehi baar baar sochta hoon tanha main yahaan

Precap - Soham is talking something to Arjun outside Purvi's ward...Arjun in anger turns to him and slaps him hard...
