All the characters in the first episode were very relatable and fresh.. each was different from other. You could kinda understand why Sulo wanted THE BEST guy in the world for her daughter or got defensive and tried to prove her daughter as THE BEST inspite of her flaws and felt bad when family members were indifferent to her in little ways like not turning up for the bride seeing ceremony- she had a special corner for Archana not only cos Archana understood her best, but also cos she was kind of the weakest child and Sulo felt more protective of her. There was guilt in her that Archana had lost out on all good things in life bcos of HER.

There arises a question though- why Sulo never thought of educating Archana when Sulo got better again, or when the three sisters were grown up enough to contribute equally in the housework, or when Manjusha got married and came to the house, or when Vinod started earning and they could afford a maid. We can only guess the reasons here- that maybe Manjusha, supported by her Aai, manipulated her way into all this in the past- saying she cuoldn't handle household work alone, or that Punni needed Archu to look after her, or maybe Sulo was conservative and concentrated only on marriage thinking she needed to get married at the right age and then could study later if she wanted to.. or what I think is most plausible- the family members had got used to the house running in perfect harmony thanks to Archana- that they never felt the need to change anything. They loved her but were kind of indifferent to her, in a way.
Well Nikki di there is no doubt that they all loved Archu(except Manju vahini :p)
but the reason of that was Archana was needed to make their life smooth and carefree. They could concentrate on their career because of Archu only. The bindaas life lead by Varshu and Vaishu was possible for Archu. And Vinod also could live with his wife only for Archu. So they loved her. But they never thought that Archu had a life of her own. Or may be they deliberately didn't want to think that. Because if they think that then their career and happiness would be at stake. All Three siblings of Archu were very much selfish. No doubt.
Now come to Sulo. Well she never thought that education also could be a quality of Archu. She alaways thought that her daughter is Sarvagunsampanna. Yeah Archu was but without Education. She thought that Archu can do all kind of household works and can cook well. Then she must become a bahu of a Rich man's house. But never thought Rich men are educated and they value education.
I always wanted to see Manav educating her, but Ekta separated them too soon and then with the whole Shravani track everything else got shoved under the carpet. Oh well.
Oh Nikki di I always dreamt that our Mannu will educate Archu. But ekta spoilt our dream😡. And that Shravani track was so horrible! I just couldn't stand her. Well I'll talk about her when her track will come. I've many things to tell about Shravani.
Ankita got a very good entry in the first episode. The girl playing Punni was so cute. (They ruined her character. Now this same girl is out to ruin Archana's life and dreams)
Even I found little Punni sweet. And many times we saw Punni to support and understand her athia. How CVs turned her negative. All the characters were introduced well too.
But nothing beats the second episode! Phata poster nikla hero! Manav ki entry and establishment of the Pavitra Rishta between Archana and Manav! <3
Hmm bomb will blast today after Tanya di posts 2nd epi. Can't wait for Mannu's entry. Many things I have to tell about Manav I mean Sushant!!! Really nothing can beat 2nd episode.
