Thanks for the link. So nice to see the old episode. The feeling is so different watching the old pr. The new track fail to give us that old feeling again. Focusing on other jodis ruined the serial. Really wish ekta ended the show when Manav and Archana got back together after that 18years of separation, if only she did that, it could have been a good show to remember. I just miss the old days of Manav and Archana's pavitra rishta.

Going back to the topic, i agree with luvshushita23. Archana's simplicity back then look real and relatable! Her face so pleasant to look at... simple, innocent and pretty. Little punni so cute and still a good kid. She was well loved by everyone especially by archana who was like a mother to her. (Can't understand why she grew up forgetting how her aai and ayi took care of her and loved her dearly). Manjusha as usual, so annoying and unpleasant. The boy's family who came with their son wanted an educated girl for marriage. Poor archana.

Tanya di is it July 1 epi? I thought it would be June 1. Anyway I'll write my view soon.

Review : Sulochana is the most annoying thing in this episode, such a gold digger

Just watched the episode.
Loved the entry scene of archana...actually,I had started watching this show after seeing archana's entry scene.I remember I was surfing through the channels when I saw ankita's face for the first time in this particular scene.We had always been so used to watching actresses with heavy make-up and heavily dresseed that this particular scene caught my attention.That no make-up and simple look along with ankita's pretty face got me hooked.
Archana was such a simple and lovely girl.

Gosh Ankita looked sooo pretty! So fresh and young! She looked very pretty in that pink sari towards the end of the episode.

Hated the ladkewalas.

Well the first epi of PR started with our simple lovable
Archana. Then Sulo came in the scene. It was Morning. All were waking up. Sulo wakes up punni for school. See how lovely was our cute Punni. And now CVs kya haal bana dia uska. Well then archana wakes up vaishu and
varshu, Sulo was mad that Manju was still asleep and doesnt even wake up to
get her daughter ready for the school. Then vinod tries
to wake Manju but she says tht archu will get puni ready... Lol. Yeh dono characters abhi bhi wohi hai.
Then archu bathes puni.varshu Maharani tells her hurry
up as she is getting
late for her office. .archana gets puni
ready..she then tries to drink her tea but varsha calls her to find her dupatte for her.. I had a wierd feeling when I watched this epi the very first time. I mean when it aired first. I have a feeling like is Archu a nokrani! Lol!
Anyway archu brings her dupatta and varsha leaves..vinod and Manju get ready to leave for office and sulo reminds them to come home early as ladkewale are coming to
see archana in the evening.
Then that annoying neighbour part. PR's neighbours were always horrible! Well
Sulo went market to buy vegetables,
the neighbors ask her about archana and how can she allowed her aayi to buy vegetable. Grrr...
Sulo tried to manage it so well that all
praised archana how she manages the house. Then that part she tells them that ladkewale are
coming to see her and they ask her what does the
boy do, she tells them tht he is an accountant and is
positive that this time her marriage will get fixed. Then phir se padosi attyachar. They were telling that this time too it will be the
same like the other 3
times, she will be
rejected ...
Then archana goes to pick up Punni. In train, she meets her friends madhuri and swati. swati
asked archana whether she
is married or no,archu says that she will soon and adds that a boy is coming today
to see her, madhuri asks if he is good looking and she
says tht aayi has seen him,
and madhuri asks her
what if she doesnt like him, she says tht its not possible, a mother can never select anyone
whom she thinks her
daughter wont approve
of..
How sweet na! How sanskari! Really liked Anki's acting in this part. How confident she was about her mother. Really these type of chhote chhote sanskaars made us to like Archana.
Then pickin up punni
she goes home. Then here another nice scene of Anki as Archu in kitchen where she was frying
something and Vinod entered. he is touched and tells her not to do all
those things..he further tells her not to worry
everything will be fine and
this time her marriage will
be fixed..she asks him why he looks worried, he tells
her its nothing... I don't know actually what is in This scene touched me but it touched me a lot. Probably it is Anki's acting. Well then Sulo tells
archana to get ready..
The boy and his family arrived, Archana's father
welcomes them(it was the other actor who played Manohar then). Oh God Anki is looking damn pretty in that attire. Really I paused here to have a long time look of her.
varsha and vaishali return. Here a sweet scene of archana and punni where Archu tries to feed her and spoils her
sari. Loved the scene. sulo comes and tells
her to go outside and notices that her sari was spoilt. she
calls varsha and vaishali to
take puni with them..
sulo tells varsha
and vaishali to bring
snacks for the guest..but
they dont know where the snacks are and are left
clueless.. It was a funny thing. As if they were like guests in their own house! Well then that part came which I hate in my real life too. Really hate the system of matrimonial look for girls and the harrasments from the boy's family. Well
K family introduced themselves to the guests one
by one. boys family is really impressed that all the women in the
house. daughters as well as daughter in law are well educated and
working..and they agree for the marriage..then ask
where is archana
working. Now Sulo becomes serious and says that archana doesnt work..boy's mom says its
not a problem she will start working after marriage...if one has education qualifications getting work is not a
problem, aayi adds that she isnt well educated, they
ask how much has she studied..sulo says that till eight grade..the boy and
his family are shocked ...then sulo shows them cause behind Archu's less educational qualifications. Well episode ended with an emotional scene between Sulo and Archu wiping each other tears. Anki was fab in this scene. Really I was emotional seeing this. Ohh thanks once again Tanya di for let me pour my heart. Anki really u r a genious. Love u. Will always support u whatever u do. Waiting for next epi thread. Mannu will enter!
