I don't have a problem with Gauri being middle class or sanskaari
My problem is why it's always the middle class people who are shown to be good
And the rich of well to do people are shown as spoilt brats 😆
Arjun was also portrayed like an "arrogant" businessman who learned the value of love from Purvi LOL

I too, like Waneeka, skip Gauri's scenes, screechy or saccharine, but after this priceless take on her manifold virtues, I will make it a point to watch at least some of them. I already skip Teju, Sunny, Jignesh, Savita, Sachin's look ins, Damodar.et al, and so I have only about 6 minutes of PR a day in the end. So I can surely afford a couple more once in a way.

The female is insufferable, and the only thing I would like to do to her is to drown her in the nearest water body. Poor Soham, the only remaining bright spot in this calamity of a show! I was waiting for him to hit her on the head with a blunt object, but alas ! I do not see that particular wish being fulfilled.

And the idea of her kid brother being not just permitted but encouraged by this John Abraham devotee (curious sanskaars, these, drooling over such a prime specimen of beefcake!) to watch Race 2 is appalling. Do her idea of sanskaars permit a kid that age to watch Deepika Padukone and Jacqueline Fernandez at their undressed best? If Zee had been telecasting The Dirty Picture, I am sure she would have been boosting that as well.

Agree, can't stand her mother either. The CVs are trying too hard to portray this family as purrfect, they come across as boring, righteous and saccharine sweet.

it reminding me the epic triangle of Karan-nandini-Ansh..though in this case sachu is not that evil as Ansh but i can't trust Ekta
and after watching the great mahanta bhari triangle of ArVi..i expected something different for Soham
for the character's shake this guy deserves a better track and viewers too

Never watched the shows you mention but will willingly accede that Soham is a good actor and is doing more than justice to his role. He certainly deserves better.

I feel its the actress herself who is not being able to portray the typical Ekta heroine convincingly. The typical middle-class, virtuous (I hate that word sanskari ), judgemental, proud of her hard work, family oriented heroine of Balaji shows.

Arjun Initially was not loud, rude or annoying...He came to India for business..While Miss Purvi was already prejudgemental abt NRI, Rich people and bosses...I remember vividly why she turned me offf...As Arjun was walking into the office parking lot the lady had the picket sign ready to fight with him..

Shyamala, thank you :)) you crack me up with the John Abraham bit, didn't watch the movie but isn't being devoted to Bollywood being sanskari? Remember Purvi telling Arjun about her mom and her watching movies every weekend?

Manav is already addressing this girl as beta, can predict where this is headed!
