Arjun was concerned abt Ovi because he does care for her. He doesnt love her the same way as he does Purvi but he loves her as a childhood friend and she WAS his wife for one year. Concern is natural given her recent history of alcoholism and bad behavior in nashey ki haalat. Shes alone in Canada, who knows what will happen if she gets drunk again and starts behaving the same way. Who will control her, take care of her when that happens? Nobody from her family is there with her!
Like lots of people said, social drinking is fine but getting drunk is really bad for the safety and health of person concerned.Kripa married 2 times, once to Angad, once to Prithvi, she never married Nishant for real, that was a pretence only. She had babies by both guys she married. Angad-Kripa were both grey characters who went to any lengths to take revenge from each other and also to make each other famous, depending on whether love or hate track was going on! 😆Ekta does make her heros monogamous, her heroines are mostly polyandrous. Thats her way of dealing with the opposite scenario which happens in real world, where many men marry more than once even without divorcing first wife or have extramarital affairs and women are the unsuspecting victims of such men.

pallavi looks like you have a soft spot for angad and kripa too. defo my fave ekta couple for sure. relentless and unapologetic in love and hate. if arjun had even a third of angad's backbone- the show would do well. he loved kripa like crazy but he never took any, for the lack of a better term, shit from her. he stood up for what he thought was right and so did she. they didnt play any of these silly tyaag and emotional attyachar games.ya maybe its her way of dealing with reality but media does influence social and popular culture. and really making men seem like jelly fishes and women polyandrous is not really a responsible judgement on her part. a media figure in her position with such power should show whats really progressive and a step forward in the real world context. not propagate some amazonian skewed sense of justice. a woman who is divorced should marry if she pleases but come on, someone whose been divorced is not going to just carelessly get into another marriage without doing very thorough background checks- unless they are gold diggers or a floozy. thats y i seem to lose any respect for the lead women in these lead jodis so quickly- as they say hit me once shame on you, hit me twice shame on me. these are 'moral' women who get divorced or separated from their loved ones by twists of fate but then go and marry some guy who then turns out to be a serial killer. what?!? thats not showing women in a good light. once a woman is hurt by a man, she evaluates the next man who comes into the picture very very carefully. she doesnt just go and marry someone without any consideration. that makes us seem like dim-witted damsels in distress who just needed a man to cling onto and sat on the first lap that offered some space to sit.
We know the reality and understand the truth about Ovi's situation and that is all that matters. The episodes are evidences, and we have interpreted them correctly without bias.Originally posted by: ilovedhanjanird

Purvi is not crying now, in fact I havent seen her crying in last few episodes. But Ovi is still drinking...😆And that too hard drinks, alcohol, not just wine or beer which are less intoxicating.
