Either way - just happy I got this project done! Prevented me from fangirling though :( I'll just fangirl about everything Ashvik starting from Holi on Memorial Day break...

I totally get you!

I had this project once. IT was horrible! Ok its not like i had a lazy team or anything is just that first of all it was when I was sick and the other girls I did it with are not good at presenting at all, I dont blame them some people are just aren't.
So I practically stood infront of my class and gave a 25 minute continuous presentation with a sore throat. Because our teacher refused to let us push back our presentation becuase she was so set on a certain order😡

Lol. I wish I was that close with someone. ;)
And uff. So I'm gone out all day yesterday from like 8 in the morning to 10 at night. I took a mock AP exam, volunteered at my club booth for this event, and then saw this play just for extra credit. I get picked up, completely mentally and physically drained and starving, and the first thing I get is a lecture from my sister about how irresponsible I am for not calling my parents every two hours. No, no how your day, did you eat, how was the test/volunteering/pla? No. Just you're plain irresponsible. My phone would've died if I left it on for too long. My lovely parents just turned out the lights when I dozed off studying and I couldn't charge my phone. I already told them my agenda and an approximation of when to pick me up (the day before). I come home to find my "utterly distressed and worried" parents sound asleep. -.-
And today my dad yells at me again for not calling him. Yup, I was too preoccupied having the time of my life, taking a mock, volunteering for hours, and struggling to keep my eyes open during a play I overpaid for, to call him.

Didi! :)
God how I wish I knew how to drive. I'd be so much more productive and I wouldn't have to rely on the availibity of my parents to drop and pick me up from place to place.

Aw girls, so we're on the same page with problems eh?

I went to a party yesterday 9 am to 7 pm and then I just get flaked on last minute and yeah - every weekend I just plan to have a "me" day, but it NEVER happens. :(

I just hate the way my body works it doesnt let me sleep in like EVER
If I sleep at 1 am i wake up at the same time as if I would sleep at 10.

Its so annoying I always just naturally wake up at one time and I cant like go back to sleep.

Omg didi. And older brother. When my brother was my age he could do whatever the hell he wanted, come back super late, and expect a warm Gujju meal along with the affection of my parents.
Sexism in Indian families is just~ugh!
And at my age my older sis had a long distance relationship with her boyfriend now husband). Like W*F. I though the youngest child didn't have their wings pinned to the ground.
