Simple and beautiful daughter of Sulochana and Manohar Karanjkar. She sacrificed her education for her family and started taking care of her household from a very young age. Prospective grooms would reject her proposal because of lack of education. Sulochana wanted a well-educated, rich guy for her daughter but destiny had better plans for Archana.
Hardworking, handsome son of Savita and Damodar Deshmukh. He worked as a mechanic since he was 16 to support his family. He had no dreams of his own until his eyes fell upon a beautiful, benevolent angel. She was his dream who could never become his reality but fate had something else in mind.

Sushant is youngest of 5 siblings. He has 4 elder sisters. He was studying to be a Chemical Engineer but left it mid-way for a career in showbiz. He joined Shiamak Davar's dance troupe. His first big break on television was in Balaji's Kis Des Mein Mein Hain Mera Dil where he played younger brother Preet of protagonist Prem. He was later selected to play the lead Manav Deshmukh in Balaji's Pavitra Rishta. This role brought him accolades and made him a household name.
DOB-19th December, 1984
Ankita was born and brought up in Indore. She first participated in Cinestars Ki Khoj. Later she struggled for years in the industry before finding the lead role of Archana Lokhande in Balaji's Pavitra Rishta. This was the role that made her famous throughout the country and she won many awards for it.
