An OS "I love Food"
It was break time and all the students had gathered in the atrium as the college heart throb their very own Arjun was going to sing a very romantic number for the charity auction. The girls could not stop their giggles and blush and the boys could not help but feel jealous of Arjun. But there was only one girl who instead of going to the atrium went to the canteen.
"Mrs Liza how is you? And I want to have chips & beans with corn and chilli sauce and coke and some garlic bread" the girl said with a bright smile adorning her angelic face.
"I am good Purvi, how are you? You are not attending the show? All girls are going crazy" the old lady replied in a sweet and caring voice.
"In lunch time who keeps a show, I mean let me eat and then I will go" Purvi said, as she took her tray and went to get herself a seat in the empty canteen.
On the other end Arjun was delaying the show, he knew she would come and was even aware as to where she might be. The song was especially meant for her and he wanted to perform on it just for her. The crowd started to shout and scream and cheer for him, he had no other option but to start singing.
"Wow Arjun it was awesome. It felt as if you are really singing for someone" a girl said.
"I agree you have such an amazing voice" another girl said.
The show was over but there was no sign of her, he was angry and hurt. They never interacted much but would always share a smile and small conversation. He rushed to the canteen and saw her sitting there with tray full of food, a smile made its way as he saw her and all the anger vanished in thin air.
"Purvi" he whispered slowly. The soft tone of his voice send shivers down her spine, she gulped the chips down her throat and looked at him.
"Hello Arjun, how are you?" she gave one of those beautiful smile that can light up Arjun's world.
"I am fine but you did not come to see my performance" he asked, hurt was evident from his voice.
"I swear by garlic bread, I would be the first one to be there but in lunch break I can't come. I can never compromise on my food" she said with a pout, and said the sentence in a serious manner as if she was doing some important work.
"Purvi you could have it later as well, I mean at least would have come there for a second"
"Arjun next time I will surely come.

"You are a food addict Purvi. Shayari mei bhi khana" he said and looked at her with those love sick eyes.
Like other girls even Purvi had small crush on him, but she knew that if he was the Mr Popular then she was Miss Unknown. If all girls were flat over his looks and attitude then all guys ran away from the crazy fresher from India.
"Arjun why are you looking at me like a kid who looks at lollypop" Purvi asked, she was well aware of the speed of her heart beat and feared that he might hear it.
"Purvi you came to UK to study leaving your family behind. Is there any special person you miss?" Arjun asked nonchalantly but his nervousness was increasing.
"Yes I miss my family and laddoo" Purvi said dreamily.
"Laddoo? But you can get sweets in UK as well"
"Sweets, arey no Arjun laddoo is my cousin Aniket. He is very golu molu like motichur laddo" Purvi laughed as she described Aniket.
"Wow, a really funny name isn't it?" Arjun said as he sighed that Purvi did not have any special guy in her life.
"Aniket is called laddoo, Teju is called bhindi coz she is tall, Sachu dada I call him muli''" Purvi continued with her description while Arjun kept on looking at her lovingly.
He never came across a girl who was so crazy; when he saw her for the first time he knew she was a unique piece a complete angel. In these 3 years at University he never knew when his liking for Purvi will change into love. Like other girls she was never so fanatic about him, in fact she would always treat him like any other guy. He did try to propose her but never had the courage and today suddenly out of nowhere he said those three magical words.
"I Love You Purvi"
Purvi chocked on her coke and spilled the drink on Arjun's face who just nodded his head at her. Purvi never thought about this and never even imagined that Arjun would propose her. Yes she had dreams about Arjun and herself and she even imagined some wild dreams but that was just a dream. After getting over the shock she looked at Arjun and said.
"Arjun, I agree I like you, I even imagined you in my dreams, I even dreamt wild thoughts about us, I even gave up on food for 2 hours so that I can lose some fat, but I was not successful. You proposing me out of all those sexy girls is very shocking" she said in single breathe, and drank her coke.
"Purvi I love you and I promise to make your dreams turn into reality *winks* as for giving up on food, I would not want that because you really look cute while eating. All those sexy girls are nothing in front of my cheesecake *winks again* and I promise to love you like how you love your food" Arjun said which made Purvi blush, her mind was stuck up in what he said at the start the dreams into reality one.
"I see it's a yes and the blush on your face tells me that you are very eager to turn dreams into reality. But don't worry I will talk to your parents and do chat mangni pat biha" saying so Arjun claimed Purvi's lips, it started as a soft kiss which turned passionate with each passing second.
"I love you purvi" he said once again.
"I love food" Purvi started laughing and hugged Arjun tightly not letting him to go away from her. His heart beat could be heard by her and she knew it was beating just for her.
