The premarital sex? Arjun is obviously not tired of rejection from Purvi, for Purvi to call their union a mistake, that is a big slap in the face.

Happened to catch gossip that the truth was out so wanted to check it out. I didn't really expect it would be out so soon, thought there will be another leap or two before that happens. But it's good that it's out now, with each day it'll become harder and harder for Ovi to bear once she learnt it. It was heart-wrenching to see Ovi's pain and heartbreak. I'm not one to get emotional on watching something on TV, for some reason Shruthi's portrayal connected. She's grown so much, as an actress and as a character. It's not melodramatic, it's tragic. Her issues of abandonment and trust also came up, I'm glad she could say that out loud to her mother even if her mother couldn't hear it. She's completely broken with no shoulder to cry on, and it's a mystery still if anyone will see her POV or rush to praise purvi for her "tyaag" and "balidaan". She should take Pari and go away to Canada, Pari may not have been born of her womb but she has accepted and recognized Ovi as her mother already. Ovi has raised her single-handedly almost; whenever Pari is shown, she's always been held by Ovi. Pari is hers now; if she doesn't want to raise her because she will remind ovi of her betrayal or she thinks Pari is better off with her "real" parents, only then sh should hand her over. Otherwise, Pari is hers and no one can or should take her away from the only mother she's known and loved. Personally, I think Pari is innocent in all of this and is only looking for love, affection and protection. She may be loved by purvi or any of the other Deshmukh/Karanjkar/Kirloskar family members but only Ovi will protect her against all odds and giver her priority.

Everything else, you've all expressed so beautifully so I'm not going to reiterate. Before going though, are we sure Ovi hasn't secretly been made the main lead. I mean, aren't leads supposed to evoke sympathy while the vamps do the plotting. In that case, how can anyone other than Ovi be the lead? She is a perfect example of today's girl; if only she had more self-respect. Sigh!
