I doubt whether it will happen. the story may take a turn. Purvi may be left all by herself after mittal and others frame Onir for some stuff happening at the hospital. She will live like archanna when manav went to canada.

Ovi and arjun will continue as they are already married. the story may start focusing now on mittal/punni and teju/sunny and soham.
