Maybe Soham not really changed & he want to take revenge from Deshmukh family. May be his revenge somehow badly effected Purvi or ovi's pregnancy. Means miscarriage or something. That he realize very first his life time that what he is doing for his sister & family. But I strongly want that my guess will be wrong. Becuase I eagerly waiting to see Happy Deshmukh family & Soham wholeheartedly accepted ARMAN is his real parents. Only wait & see.
