Dear Strega,
Ah, a fellow Harry Potter aficionada! 🤗🤗
To my mind. JK Rowling's success was not only in creating a splendidly detailed and internally consistent alternative world, but in still keeping it recognisable, like a sort of combination of Enid Blyton and JRR Tolkien. Plus the core values were very simple: friendship, loyalty, compassion even to the likes of Draco Malfoy (remember when Harry saves him from the Fyiend Fire that one of his cohorts unleashes by mistake?), and above all and again, consistency. We the readers are never worried that Hermione and Ron will suddenly start undermining Harry, no matter how crabby and unreasonable he is at times.
Then, as a sort of crowning glory, the ultimate embodiment of a truly
Pavitra Rishta, that of Severus Snape with the woman he loves beyond her death, and I am sure his as well. I never forget the scene between him and Dumbledore, in chapter 33 of the Deathly Hallows, when Snape releases his own Patronum, the silver doe, which is the same as Lily's. When Dumbledore asks "After all these years?", Snape replies "Always." Can any other love match his?
As for PR, it is a joke, and a bad one that is getting worse all the time. There, that should be enough to keep me from being warned for going 100% off topic!😉

PS: What is your name, my dear, unless you would rather keep it confidential?.

Re todays episode - The writers are pathetic. They cannot create a plot and screenplay that is logical, consistent and can create drama. They use cheap tricks to confuse the audience and create drama. The only way they can show a twist is to butcher a character and make him/her completely unlike what they have been for the previous 6 months or year. Or blatantly ignore something they have shown before - like Purvi's non-pregnant state for about 2 episodes and suddenly heavily pregnant or this sleeping together,
I am willing to suspend reality when it comes to the law or medical practice -lets just pretend EKland has different rules and laws of science are also different from the real world. But, characters and stories need to be internally consistent.
This is where the Harry Potter series is SO successful. We know the rules of the wizarding world are different but how wonderfully has J K Rowlings kept the characters and story consistent and !!!
