i dont think ekta mata will end pr as just ankita is quitting... Though she knows that the show runs majorly because of anki but i think she will never accept it and end pr just for ankita... Ekta is one one among the people who doesnt listen to anything but just does what she wants.. she proved it many times in the show itself..
so i deffo think that pr will not end so soon after ankita leaving.. She will try to run it for sometime with changes in story line to grasp the viewers back and if it is accepted by us then she may continue it or else then she will try to end pr... but she will not end it without taking a risky step..
i strongly feel so because ekta being a producer for a number of shows never ended a show just because of an actor or actress...

Coming to the show there are many tracks left with questions..
1. like soham, teju's love story, and the main important Arvi reunion and then sachin's life... I dont think they will end the show without completing these tracks..
2. they brought so many new characters in the show being aware of ankita to quit the show so i feel they are planning ahead with these new characters to manage the show even if ankita quits..

Above all this Pr is one of the best shows with best cast till now on ZEE.. no show on zee is as attractive as pr.. many of them watch only pr on ZEE and none other show... So ZEE cant lose their ever lasting show so fastly...
However i cant watch pr without Ankita but will be somewhat satisfied if ARVI reunited.. And i dont want ARVI to reunite on the last episode i want their lovely and cute scenes as wife and husband with their kids...
i wish if they plan to end the show they need to reunite arvi fastly and give us a relief as we arvians are dieing to watch them together.. hope cvs satisfy us at atleast this point...

I think Ekta ji never cared for anyone, actors are far beyond. She never cared about her audience. She likes to play with our emotions. I mean showing a spectacular love story of a boy and a girl and then separating them. Plain ridiculous! I mean i understand there are twist and turns but this is something which pinches in our hearts! Getting ovi pregnant with Arjun's child! Showing stubbornness to win over love! Well, i will still watch PR for Arvi! I want them together. And i really hope this show doesnt end soon.

Ankita is good actress and PR made her life .she is known as archana good for her.To leave PR is her own decision .whatever her reason must respect her but I too don't think she is the only reason people watched PR.good or bad every character has given their best be it manav,Arjun,purvi,sabita,sulochana,soham,ovi,teju etc.Only giving credit to Ankita I just think is not fair.As for Ekta she is tv soap queen and will surely continue do best for PR.

Ekta will defiently do her best to keep P.R. going for she would want to prove that the show doesn't just rely on Ankita for viewers, people watch for other reasons also...

Ekta does not have the say whether to end the show or not its the channel who say the say when to end it and if they say to Ekta to end it,Ekta has to end it.Anki quitting might just be one of those many factors which might make Zee think of ending the show. This show might not shutdown coz Anki is quitting ,no there are multiple factors and mainly TRP which along with Anki's quitting might lead Zee towards that path.BT/Ekta wont close the show coz one of her main lead quit the show.She is a replacement queen and can replace the character but this time Zee is intervening which is a factor.

PR got extension till June 2013 but continuous leaps and TRP not being great for some time and with Ekta's next show Jodha Akbar also to be in Zee @ a prime time slot (she is trying for it I guess to be in prime time) ,and with news of Anki quitting coming in ,things have become complicated and Zee is intervening here and its the channels take which is final.IF channel says PR has to end it ends .,eg : IPKKD was shut down all of a sudden in a week.So channel has the final say and currently Zee is not too confident on things that are going on with PR.

Ekta wanting or not wanting does not come into picture.If allowed Ekta will take any of her show for even 50 years.Hence star plus dragged her to court to force end her show.IF needed Zee will also do the same and besides Ekta's next show is ready and she would not want to be in wrong books of Zee.So if Zee says she is bound to agree as her next show is also on Zee.

Guess all comes down to the TRP chart on 19th Dec.

As per the recent articles floating around and through sources one thing coming up is that Zee is inclined to shutting down PR soon.IF Zee decides it then it will be ,Ekta cant have her say here which is good.Time will tell what Zee decides and how long the show will run.

Thank U Jai for Your valuable comment. Now only we will waiting 19.12.12 then what is TRP, then we also sure that PR end soon or not. But my guess current track will create deep trouble for PR.

thank u for the comments.. and u mean if the trp of pr go high with next few days as u dont know what the story is actually (it not even) then if zee wish to continue this then the show will continue...
It was mentioned in the zee official fb page that yes ankita is quitting the show but she gave us 4 months period and it is not that we will wrap pr after she leaves but u will have an interesting track ahead so pls stay tuned...
so what does this mean then???
