There is a rush of media outside the court .They report that Manav's two daughter's ( Purvi , Teju ) and his son in law Arjun have given their witness against Soham Deshmukh and now they are all awaiting the court's verdict .
Balan goes to Manav and starts crying begging him to spare Soham . .He says that even though Vishnu is Manav's son , Balan has loved him like his own son and would die without him .
Manav says that he too is not living a peaceful life because his own blood , his son, is doing gundagardi to him .He blames Balan for making Vishnu a gunda and wants to know what kind of father teaches all this to his own son .
Balan now gets angry and tells Manav that Archana was lucky to escape the accident that day but she will not always be that lucky . He threatens Manav that he will kill Archana .A very angry Manav grabs Balan's kurta and is about to beat him up . Archana is also in the room and she comes and talks to Balan .
Archana tells Balan to kill her if he has guts .. She says that Balan turned Soham into a gunda and has to be punished for this crime and his punishment will be to see his son going to jail .
She blames Balan and Varsha equally for doing this to Soham Archana wants Soham to go to jail so that he is no longer spending time with Balan as Balan's company is not good for Soham .
The court proceedings start again . Prosecution lawyer calls Manav to give his witness . Manav says that he is Soham's father and gave birth to him but today he is ashamed of him and is not giving witness against his son but a criminal .
Soham rudely shouts at Manav and accuses him of being a criminal as it was Manav who shot him .The judge tells Soham to be quiet .Manav says that he did fire on Soham with a gun without a liscense but he did this to save his wife and afterwards he did surrender in the police station .
Archana is called in to give her witness.
She is asked if she is Soham's mother . She says , yes . Soham starts screaming that she gave him birth but could never become his mother and his real mother is Varsha .
Archana tells the judge that Soham is not to be blamed for saying this as her sister gave him a wrong upbringing and today he does not know what is right and what is wrong anymore .She says that Soham is a criminal and should be punished .
The judge gives his verdict . All the proofs against Soham are considered valid and he is to be taken in custody as he is a criminal . The judge says that Soham's punishment will be given in tomorrow's court hearing .
Varsha starts screaming that She is to be punished and not Visnu and Vishnu should be let free. Visnhu is taken away by the police .Archana starts crying that she has lost her child forever .
The Khandesi family is having dinner . Jignish does a prayer before eating .His prents are very proud of him .Sunny is hungry and wants to start eating . His prents tell him to learn from his big brother ... Sunny says that he works very hard all day and takes a lot of orders on his bike . Jignish is concerned about Sunny and does not want him to work to fast on a speedy bike as it could be dangerous for him .
Sunny tells his mother that he had delivered the order at savita's house and even collected money for it . Snehlata does not wants her so nto go to Savita's house but Sunny says that someone else took the order . Sunny is pretty smooth with his words and somehow makes his mother and his mausi very happy with how he tackled this order at Savita's house .
Snehlata is now so happy with Sunny that she tells Jignish to learn something from his little brother .
Snehlata's husband makes fun of her that finally Snehlata has met her match in Savita .
Archana and Manav are back home . Archana is very depressed .She is balming herself and calling herself a bad mother . Manav and Savita try and tell her that she should stop blaming herself . She says that after the police said that Soham was declaed dead , they should have kept looking for him .
Savita says that they were always in contact with the police but Soham's dead body was never found so what could they do ?
Archana says tha this dead body not being found meant that he was stil lalive and they as parents failed him because they stopped looking for him .She blames herself for being careless as a mother .
Sachu and Damodar also tell Archana to stop balming herself and that Soham in in jail because of his own karmas .
Manav says that they did the right thing by sending Soham to prison and now all their tension will become easy .
In both the homes ( Karanjkar and Deshmukh ) thereis talk about Soham ...
Purvi and Sulochna are talking ...Sulochna is feeling bad for Archana that she had to give witness against her own son .Purvi is confident that her mother will win Soham's heart one day .she says that it is now difficult for Archana as no one is supporting her but one day her mother will bring her son to home and now she only send him to prison so that he could become a better person .
Teju and Ovi ( in the other house ) are happy that their mother gave witness against Soham . Archana tells them that she did this so that at least when in jail, Soham will be away from crime and Varsha and her upringing .
Ovi tells Archana that she too was happy when she heard that Soham was alive but after finding out who he was , she cannot forget how he shot Arjun and how he tried to kidnap her .Archu says that he did not know that she was his sister .
Ovi says , so what ...still all these are criminal activities and her being his sister should not matter ...
Archana says that Ovi and teju do not understand Soham and he is not as bad as they think .They have had good upbringing in canada while Soham was around criminals ...
Archana says that now she has made up her mind and if someone likes it or not , Soham will come back to his real home , she will bring him here and give him all the rights that are his ...
Precap : The judge sentences Soham to a fine of 25000 ruppees and one year in prison doing hard labour as his punishment .
