PART- THIRTY SEVEN :

KIRLOSKAR MANSION:

Purvi messages arjun to not to come to her house as she will come on her bike as she is gonna stay some more days in her mom's house and asks arjun to get her bag and few more books which were necessary for her and also says that she took permission from ashna aunt also .. Arjun reads this message and gets upset..he says to himself..

"wah!! Look she is gonna stay some more days in her maaika and I need not pick her up for all these days also.. she took permission from mom also and did not even bother to ask me.. and now she is directly ordering me to get her bag and books which she needed.. looks like she is enjoying a lot there and forgot totally about me and is not even bothered about me and not even called me once also just to ask where im and how I am.. ok if she wanna stay there let her stay im not at all bothered about her.. and im not gonna miss her any more.."

He said all this to him and took her and his bags and moved to college.. though he was thinking that he will not miss her or think about her but his thoughts were always revolving around her.. thinking about her and little angry with her he atlast reached college and went directly to class without meeting sachin at their regular spot also..

IN THE COLLEGE:

Purvi reached college enjoying her bike ride after a little long gap..she reached college and went to their regular spot but couldnot find anyone so she thought to go to class first and then move in other direction and so headed to college..

On her way she was informed that there was new college head of department as Mr. Ajith has gone to delhi to attend his civils interview next month in jan ending..

As soon as she entered the class she saw arjun sitting beside him was sachin and then in the front bench was priya and all the three were chatting with each other.. as she came near sachin stood to leave to is place in front bench beside priya but arjun stopped him and asked to sit with him and gave purvi her bag and did not even greet her.. he was happy to see her but was angry at her..

Seeing arjun's action purvi gets angry and sits beside priya in the front bench..

Both will be angry at each other for not even calling once yesterday but are not ready to speak openly about it.. arjun was even more angry as she decided to stay for few more days without saying anything to him..

The whole day passed but arjun and purvi did not speak to each other.. they did not let priya and sachin noticed this.. The classes ended little earlier today and sachin and priya left as they need to attend a party and arjun too left as he need to make a presentation for a meeting.. Purvi also decided to leave..

Sachin and priya left and then arjun went towards car parking and purvi said that she needs to go to get books from library so that she can do the assignment given to them.. and asked arjun to leave as she needs time to sort out things and take the required books..

So arjun left..

Purvi entered into library and picked up some books and sat on a table by the side of a window searching for the topics of the assignment and referring books.. Almost 15 minutes passed.. then she suddenly heard someone saying that they made the brakes of arjun car fail and with in no time they can hear the news about his accident.. Purvi heard this and was terribly shocked.. she immediately looked at the people and they were none other that Vinay's friends.. and she was just shocked and stunned.. she thought of confronting them but again realized it was more important for her to save arjun than confronting them.. so she calmly left to ground by running and couldnot find arjun there and even his car was not there.. she called on arjun's mobile but it was switched off.. she panicked a lot and called to home and she was more tensed on reply that arjun did not come home and he was going to the office directly as he had an important work..

Now she was more panicked. She was sweating profusely she cant call sachin too as he was not with him.. she called arjun many times but no response.. it was always switched off.. she called office and the operator replied that arjun did not reach still.. she was worried now and decided to head to the office..

She started her bike and started at a high speed to office..

After arjun left to office after travelling for a small distance his tyre got punctured and when he thought to call to get a new car he realized that his mobile was out of battery so he decided to get his car ready and go to office and it took more time for him to reach office..

As she was moving on the road the words of the students and arjun's face was moving in her head.. she was really panicked and was tensed..

Arjun as soon as he reached office the operator informed that purvi called him and so arjun was happy that she atlast remembered him and called for him and decided to call her back.. as he went into the cabin he saw a set of files and was just looking at them what they were..

he stood at the side of the table & was looking at the files and suddenly he saw his door open broadly and when he turned he saw purvi standing there infront of him.. completely panicked and taking deep breaths as she was exhausted due to running from the parking area to arjun's cabin..

arjun was shocked at her gesture and her state and asked her what happened with an expression of confusion, worry, shock and puzzled look.. she just relieved a sigh gave a smile of relief and ran into him and hugged him tightly..

Arjun was even more surprised at this.. he was in a state of big shock and couldnot react in any way.. he did not know what to do.. he just stood still and after afew seconds he realized that she was afraid of something and hugged her back and rubbed her back assuring that everything was good and perfect.. this made a smile on her face and she muttered "u are safe that is enough for me.. u know how much I was tensed.. I was afraid at the thought of any harm to u.. I cant see u hurt or anything else happening to u.. I just cant imagine that and I just came running here to see whether u were ok are not.." she said all this in one go.. he couldnot understand anything other than that she came here for him thinking something happened to him..

He quickly replied to her by rubbing her back and smoothly caressing her hair.. "what will happen to me and why did u think so?? Why are u so tensed?? Why purvi what happened is everything ok?? And u came to office in this hurry just to see that I was fine or not that's it??"

Hearing these words purvi releases herself from the hug and looks at arjun and nods yes.. arjun gives her a puzzled look and she then says everything that happened..listening to this arjun feels so touched and in a moment he hugs her tightly and will be really happy that purvi cares so much for him.. he was really on the top of the world literally but couldnot realize it exactly. Some feeling of sadness and hurt which was in his heart since she went to her house was vanished within a second when he realized she came running just for him and was worried for him…

He then released the hug and said that its ok u came but just think once if u drive in such a panicked mood and if anything happens to u than what how can I be?? This question made purvi realise that even he cares for her.. the feeling of concern and care in his voice was clearly understood by her and was happy at that.. she said "I did not think of all that I wanted to u see u alright and I just came here. Nothing else came into my mind other than u and I need to get assured that u were perfect and only that mattered to me then.. "

Hearing these words arjun was extremely happy he made her sit and made her drink some water and ordered some snacks and tea for her and then she left to house..

As she left arjun was happy that she cared for him as much as he cared her.. he felt something new and happy in his heart.. he just remembered the way she came running to him and hugged him and was crying for him and panicked for him.. all this really moved him.. he had developed a strange new feeling in his heart which he could not decipher for now but was happy with that feeling..

He was sad that she was again going back to her house and was gonna stay away from him for some days more.. he wanted to see her more and more and on other side was happy with all that happened today between both of them..

With all this he finished his work fastly and reached home to find a new surprise waiting for him…
