PART-TWENTY:
DESHMUKH -KIRLOSKAR INDUSTRIES:
Archana, Manav, Ashna and DK were sitting in the cabin…
DK: so I think u both have no problem with my proposal???
Manav: No sir absolutely not.. we are actually more happy that u took this decision…
Ashna: Actually we should be happy manav.. We are gonna get a sweet bahu like Purvi so we should be more happy…
Archu: No need to praise purvi so much she is normal nothing special is in her.. Actually saying she is lucky to get a family like u and husband like arjun who bears with all the tamasha she does…
Ashna: actually I need to say that even purvi bears arjun's tamashas. actually she is the only one who can bear him…
DK: ya u are rite ashna. Only Purvi is the one who can bear Arjun and understand him and make him listen her word.. He listens only to his mother's words and then Purvi's none other matters to him… and archana u say purvi is not special.. I will not agree with this she is really special.. She loves people cares for them and will do anything for them.. she is very sanskaari and very broad minded.. she indeed has all the qualities that a bahu should have.. she will fill happiness where ever she goes and I want that happiness to enter my house and be with us always…
Hearing DK's words everyone feels very happy.. It was the first time they were listening to him to talk or a praise a person so much.. He never opens up and talk about anyone either good or bad.. His words simply showed how he likes purvi and want her as their bahu.. They all knew that he likes purvi from childhood but doesn't know that she has such a special place in his heart…

Archu: manav we need to get tej married first then Purvi.. u forgot that??
Manav: no archana.. I did not.. u know that teju asked for 2 years time so I wanna give her that time.. and waise bhi purvi also needs 2 years time for her education to complete.. so we will just get her engaged and then marry her after tej is married…
Archu: do u think it is ok??
Manav: it will be completely ok… and it will not be good if we keep DK sir waiting for our reply.. we need to ask purvi for her opinion and then we will plan according to it…
Archu: its ok manav.. I will go and ask purvi now…
Manav: ya u better do that.. and however girls will be more free with mothers in these matters…
Archana says yes and leaves .. Purvi was studying sitting in the balcony and then archu enters and asks purvi if she was busy.. Purvi says no and ask her to tell what she wants to tell..Archana gets seated beside purvi and both turn face to face…
Archu: I need to ask some hing important.. u first listen completely to me and then answer me.. ok.. And please don't take decisions in fast or confusion just think properly and decide…
Purvi gives a nod saying yes and asks her to continue…
Archu: Purvi I baba, ashna aunty and Dk uncle want u and arjun to get married… We know that u both are good friends u like each other very much and understands each other very much so we thought that u both can take your relationship to a new level. We feel that u are apt for each other and I know that u both love each other…so what do u say??
Purvi remains shocked to listen these words from her mother.. She did not expect something like this from her.. that too in case of her and arjun… she was calm for a while and said
Purvi: mom, I know u all might want that we should be together always.. and we will be together always.. no one can separate us.. we both like, understand and love each other but its not like that we want to marry each other… We can never imagine eachother in such position in our lives.. we are just friends best frnds but not lovers… And how did u think that we love each other…
Archana will be in shock to listen these words.. she never thought that she would get such a reply fom her daughter… before she could react purvi again started: now please don't say because of your closeness we felt so.. we were so close even in our childhood and now we are the same.. so please don't take new meanings to it and think something else…
Saying this purvi leaves the balcony with anger and confusion and lies down on her bed beside teju and tries to sleep… Archu remains shocked and doesnt understand how to react and tel this to DK… She was unhappy that her daughter did not hear to her properly and made a decision without thinking…
KIRLOSKAR MANSION:
Arjun was reading some book and then ashna enters and asks him that she wants to talk to him… he asks her to continue.. Ashna tells arjun about their thought and proposal.. arjun remains shocked…
Arjun: mom!!! How could u think like that?? How did u think that I will marry purvi?? She is my friend just that's all nothing more than that…
Ashna: really.. don't u feel her anything more than friend in your life…
Arjun: no mom.. she is more than a friend in my life but not as my life partner… I never felt her like that.. she can understand me and I do love her and care for her but that does not mean I wanna marry her..
Ashna: so whom do u wanna marry?? Do u love anyone???
Arjun: no mom.. I don't love anyone and not even purvi and im not interested to think about this now because I need to do a lot in my career so I think u better stop thinking about this and please go and sleep now..
Ashna feels very bad at arjun's words..she doesn't understand what to do… she was more sad that he did not give her even enough time to explain him what was actually in their mind..
Archana tells manav about purvi's reaction and Ashna tells DK.. all will be shocked and were dull.. They don't understand why their kids said so…Ashna thinks she need to tell archu about this and calls her… Archana answers the call and listens to all that ashna says.. she even tells ashna about purvi's reaction and they both talk for a while on this and hung up the phone…
Ashna thinks about their children's future and they do not understand how to make them convinced for the marriage.. But She thinks that convinced or forceful marriages will never work out so we should not force them.. And more over I just believe that they are made for each other and will some or the other day realize that they are apt for each other.. we need to just wait for that day…
NEXT MORNING:
Arjun comes to pick purvi to deshmukh's residence.. Arjun was not aware that purvi also knew about their marriage proposal and even purvi doesn't know that even arjun was approached about their marriage.. thinking so they decide not to talk or think about it for themselves..
Arjun enters the house and manav greets him and both sit together… Then archana comes in starts talking to purvi.. inside purvi will listen arjun's voice and fears that they might talk with arjun about their marriage so she comes out and asks arjun to move to college fastly as she has some work.. Archana and manav understands her fear and allow them…
Both of them sit in the car and starts to college… Arjun and purvi will be thinking about their parents proposal and feels slightly uncomfortable to talk with each other.. They decided for themselves to keep distance from each other at times…
They almost reaches half the way with uttering a word… Both will not be able to bear the silence but could not break it.. Atlast purvi takes a step forward and tells arjun about teju and her plan to unite tej and ajith.. She tells him that they need to implement their idea today… Arjun gets shocked to listen that tej loved some one and even more shocked at the purvi's plan…
Arjun: do u think that this plan will work out??
Purvi: definitely… we need to just know whether he loves di or not.. if yes she will handle the next or we can help them again if we want…
Artjun: ok.. when will we implement this..
Purvi: afternoon…
Arjun: ok.. done …
