Scenario Five : Sameer Rane part 4 page 5 - Page 2

Ovi reaches the pharmacy and is about to make the purchase but someone snatches her purse. She screams out for help. A police officer is the vicinity. It's Inspector Sameer Rane. He chases the thief and recovers Ovi's purse. She thanks him and turns to go. Then she stops. An idea just hit her and she smiles. She turns and asks him his name.

"Might I know your name officer?"

"Oh. It's Rane. Sameer Rane.

"Mr. Rane thank you for recovering my purse."

"No thanks necessary. I am only doing my job."

"Mr. Rane, I am having a dinner party at my house tomorrow, please try to attend. I want to thank you properly."

"There's no need to formally thank me ma'am. Like I said, I was only doing my job."

"But you must attend. Please say you'll attend."

Sameer is reluctant but eventually agrees. Ovi smiles and thinks it begins.

She goes home to plan her party. She calls Purvi and tells her about the dinner. Purvi makes an excuse saying that she is busy and that aaji will attend it. Ovi gets adamant and begs and pleads with Purvi to come. It's useless Purvi is also being stubborn. Ovi hangs up the phone but says, "No worries Purvi. I'll see you tomorrow. I'm sure of it."

She goes upstairs to check on Arjun, but he's not there. She wonders why he is. She seems him on the balcony. He is lost in thought. "Arjun, what are you doing out here? You should be in bed. I got some medicine for you."

He turns and looks at her. " Medicines? What for?"

Ovi opens her mouth to say something but then decides to change the topic because she does not want Arjun to know that she was in his room while he was sleeping. "Never mind. Arjun?"

"Yes?"

"I am throwing a dinner party tomorrow night. I've invite everyone. I want aai and baba to have an evening where they can be around friends and family. They need us right now. This incident with Soham has been stressful enough."

"That's actually a good idea Ovi. Then it's settled then. We'll host the dinner party tomorrow night. I'll inform dad about same." Arjun turns to leave but Ovi stops him.

"ummm'.."

"What is it Ovi?"

"Actually, Arjun I invited Purvi but she declined. It would really mean a lot to aai and baba if she's here. I want you to invite her again. She may listen to you".

Arjun looks at her and is sceptical. He knows that Ovi feels insecure around Purvi so he wonders what playing in her head. He is about to say something but then smiles. This will give him an opportunity to spend some time with his lady love. Ovi is carefully looking at his face. She sees the smile and thinks "soon Arjun you'll smile for me. Wait and see." Arjun quickly leave the room to call Purvi. He dials her number and waits. The phone rings but Purvi is not taking his calls. He then calls Sulochana. Still no one answers. He grabs his keys and heads to Purvi's house. Ovi smiles again.

Arjun is driving but then gets caught in traffic. While he waits, he fondly remembers his happy times with Purvi. He remembers the first time she told him that she loved him. He then remembers how Purvi made him promise to get married to Ovi. " You didn't do the right thing Purvi. How could you simply break our rishta? I will never be happy with Ovi because my heart still belongs to you. I will always love you. I promise that we'll be together one day."

At K house.

Sulo and Purvi are discussing about Soham. Sulo is very worried about Archu. She is cursing the day that she gave birth to Varsha. Purvi is trying to console her because she does not want her to get an asthma attack. Just then the door bell rings. She goes to answer it and is stunned to see Arjun standing there. She stares and him while he smiles at her. Sulochana comes to door and sees him. "Arjun, what a pleasant surprise. Please come in."

Arjun comes in the house and leaves Purvi standing at the door. She is thinking how Arjun looks very handsome today and has a momentary flashback of the first time when he told her he loved her. Sulochana sees that she is still standing by the door and calls out to her. She turns and goes into the living room. She offers Arjun chai but he politely refuses and get straight to the point.

"Purvi, Ovi told me that she invited you for the dinner party but you turned her down? Is it because of me? Purvi this will mean a lot to your parents. Please come for their sake."

He looks at Purvi but she refuses to meet his gaze. He turns to Sulo for help. Sulo nods at him and walks over to Purvi.

Since that article came out it has really killed the magic of Arvi for me.This jodi really got me hooked and captivated so many of us...look at what this Ekta and Cvs reduce them to.

I am flabbergasted at this news but i will still read the work that my fellow PR fans are writing.

I am detaching myself from Arvi but will support Ashvik.

I apprecaite all the efforts that u have put into all of these scenarios and sharing them with us.

Do continue with ur next part.I am looking forward to them.

its hard for me to write about ARVI'S love when its been ruined liked this. but like i said i did promise so i will keep my promise.i will finish it soon so us Arvians can have something to hold on to...

Although its difficult for you to complete this update, but trust me that you've given us such a wonderful update😊

As usual Ovi has something cooking in her mind on Purvi whereas for Arjun any single opportunity he gets to either speak or see Purvi he just grabs it. The flashbacks were nice.
