The everlasting youth

isn't it funny -- how does these ladies (After gap of almost 18 years) Archana, Varsha etc. look like how they used to look like before.. Their mom sulo is totally icing on the top.. Wonder what's their secret!! Kekta mai hamhe bhi thoda beautify tips do na..

I have a question about Indian dramas.. how come when they take leaps, they don't give the cast and crew makeovers to make them look older.? Like in Pakistani dramas and English television shows, when a young cast is suppose to play someone older they give them makeovers to show them age. I think if the Indian television did that to their actors most of them wouldn't quit during leaps.

Times have changed. Women r looking good for their age in general ESP in their 40's. In the past once girl got married, she would turn into aunty in two years. It will be weird if they look like this in thier 60's or 70's.

Indian serials do have some actors color hair grey or wig with glasses and more tone down clothes..But when these type of leaps happens and actor is not willing to look or dress old that is when the discrepency happens in viewers minds..

i totally agree,other shows also had leaps make it kasauti zindagi ki,or kahani ghar ghari ki,shweta tiwari and sakshi played their roles well

maybe they found the fountain of youth. 😆

PS : In one of the SBS interviews they actually asked Ankita to show her make up as whats the reason of her radiant skin and apart from her normal lighters ,the main secret as mentioned by Anki for her glowing radiant face is "Haldi - turmeric powder." .She uses that for her face and nothing else ..so there is the secret..Natural herbal miracle 😉

i don't understand y everybody mention about sulo . archana ... does vandu or savita or manju looks like they have aged... nobody looks like they have aged in the show... i remember first episode after another 20 yrs leap in kasauti zindgi ki when prerna has 8 granddaughters she was dancing with them looking same slim and trim... and y can't we take thinks on lighter node ...now it is very uncommon to see ladies getting older look in 40 or 50... look at ankita's mom ... she herself doesn't look like she has a daughter of ankita's age
