It is not Manav's house that he can arrogantly tell his mother 'if u want to go u can'

Rather he should be the one to go as his family is expanding rather than watching his wife at the common tap romantically

He did not get the house as a gift from Archana's maika from Sulochana...it is not Archana's house

His parents lived there before he was born

When he and Archana seperated there were many talks of how she owned half of his wealth as a right of a wife

Well does not his mother have the same right

Who is he to even tell her 'you can go if u wanna go'

And who is Damo to talk of improved behaviour did his habit of drinking improve

Did Archana's habit of loving her ungrateful family over her sasural improve

There is a limit to treating an old woman cruelly

This Sulochana whom his praising as selfless supported her daughter when she wrongly did a case on him and was ok with him going to jail

This wife of his never wanted him to become rich ...she thought living in a kholi forever is bliss

Savita bluntly told Sulochana that I want to see my son become a big builder with DK...This Sulo had gone to meet her during the stupid case taking her beti's side instead of telling her own daughter to behave herself

That same mother in her old age the son is telling to leave after she brought up 3 of his children

Who brought up Ovi Teju and Sachu i wud like to know ...that alcoholic Damo or Manav who was steeped in his work

Or Archana who never bothered to phone the children for 18 yrs but contented herself looking at their photos

Did she potty train them or nurse them in their sickness ever

instead of keeping his difference of opinion with his mother as a seperate issue and telling his kids not to talk to their grandma ever like that he is encouraging their insults ...why , because he grew up seeing his father constantly insulting his mother mocking her

What sanskaars he is giving his kids wah

I hope Soham puts Archana on the roads in the same old age ...I am willing to see one more leap only if they show this

This show toots about sanskaars right well i would love to see this sin tooted as a sanskaar

Ungrateful, coward, manless, spineless namard MAnav who had his mother take care of his kids when they were growing up….MAnav didn't have 1 kid, he had responsibilities of all 3….did he realize how his mother took care of them in her old age…

And Archana who got all readymade kids boast of MA-ka dil….does she even know how to manage all 3 kids all at once…she could only manage one at any given time….and now all grandkids are suffering amnesia and overlooking Savita….shame on all Deshmukhs….Savita just need to tell them to disappear from that chawl and take that good for nothing Damo with them….the most ungrateful lot….

Soham should usurp Manav's wealth and put him and Archana on the roads and Manju and Punni should plot in such a way that exactly at that time Sulo and Archu should not be on talking terms...so Manav should not be able to live in the house he bought to fulfil saas's dreams

He should sit in a temple with his foreign returned brood without a single rupee in his pocket justtt like Savita

Ovi DK and Arjun should at that time be in Canada and it should be days before Sanskaari Purvi should find a job😆

Did i say that the temple prasad should be insufficient😃

Yes, an apt punishment for "son' MAnav...only thing is that all his children are all grown up...sad, he will never know how hard it is to face hungry kids without a penny in his pocket...but I thought he knew that feeling, coming from a poor background...how wrong was I...

Varsha…and he talks of roots….he doesn't know the meaning of roots….living in chawl doesn't symbolizes knowing your roots….in fact one can live in a mansion and still be close to his/her roots….giving Ganapati a Rs 55 lakhs haar isn't symbolizes knowing your roots…rather it symbolizes a rich person running to God to 'keep' his wealth…examples are extensive that gifting God is prevalent in "rich' India…we have very few 'rich' India who give to Charity or work for the betterment of poor….Manav only symbolizes the CVs imagination of a pseudo 'rag to riches' story, in fact Manav is only portrayed and characterizes a "rich" business person without any roots, really…nothing more…

She deserves it. Now I want Ovi and Teju to give her some peace of mind. Protecting family from one who is base of family.

And who is she to decide what is good for her mature son? And if savita was doing all these things to protect family than lets say even manav is doing to protect his family so that no other husband and wife suffer for 18 years in his family because of PROTECTOR savita.

And its like getting taste of ur own medicine. Savita was enjoying when Ovi and teju were against archana and happily narrating false stories which never happened. If ovi nd teju have right to ill treat their mom for those 18 years fiasco than y not manav?

The Great Mother Teresa Archana, that never fought for the Twins…oh yes, the twin should have given her izzat…

The Great Mother who was happy to play mom, doing injustice to her own bio Offspring…yes, the twin should have given her izzat..

The Great Mother, because of her Ego never reached out and find out even if the twins were alive…yes, she deserved izzat…

The great Mother Archana, who took their bio Daddy to Court and was hell bent to prove him an innocent man, fraud ….yup, the twins should have given izzat to the great Mother of all times…

The great mother who was responsible for Soham tradegy and possible death…yup, she needed an izzat arati….

The list just goes on….

But…er…deserves all the izzat she can get for not even be involved in their formative years…..izzat….really…no ways…..she deserved a lot more sharp words from the girls who were innocent victims of these 2 great ego….my opinion she got nothing…the twins should have asked her the reason, why she chose to abandon them???? How was they victimized in the war between their parents?? What value were these twins to the Mom, who never even tried to get a custody, when she could pull their daddy to courst that easily??? And gave her a piece of their mind…..it is really bad sanskar of the twin to treat their granny who brought them up to treat her so badly for a Mother who simply did not…I repeat did not care for them….just crying isn't equivalent to caring….that simply getting the sentiments going…simply, she did wrong by the girls….besides, when thE granny who was open about her dislike towards her DIL was telling the twins about their Mother, where was the MAnless Daddy with hiis great love for wifi...why couldn't he step up to his plate in defense of wifi??? Why did he chose to keep shut??? Maybe he should have shared all of the truth about their great Mother and his great beautiful wifi who was standing against him in Court to prove him a fraud??? Truth and nothing less than the truth is needed in this show...and of course, some amount of morality too...but the MIL is blamed when the actualy culprit are scot free...my POV absolutely….

I cannot believe that there is such a serious discussion going on here over this show. I thought that most of us had agreed to view it as a tragic comedy or satire at best😆.

Here is what I remember:

Manav was blamed for something he didn't do by Archana's arch nemeses. She chose to believe them over her husband and took him to court.

The chawl people lied to Archana and other chawl members about Manav and Savita was the only one who supported him and tried to remind them that he was trying to make life better for them.

Manav took the children from Archana because he didn't trust her with them. I believe he literally told her that she was a horrible mother.

Archana had just lost Soham for good and her husband had just told her what a horrible mother she was. Based on Ankita's expressions as the character, we were left to understand that Archana felt so broken by the loss of Soham, and the shock of her horrible judgement that she also did not trust her parenting skills. That is why she let Manav walk away with the children. Just saying, but which mother wouldn't doubt herself after giving over her son to her psycho sister and seeing her jump off the bridge with the child?

Archana actually gave away the money to Varsha who wanted JEWELLERY. That in my eyes was awful, because it was no secret in PR that Rasika's son was abusing Vandita. So it was obvious what the outcome would have been for Vandita when she returned without the money.

There was also the time when Archana stopped Manav from giving Vandita the new apartment. (correct me if I'm wrong) In my opinion, the problem was with that evil creep and Archana should have handled the matter more covertly and carefully.

Around that time Savita finally lost all her patience with Archana. The money to Varsha, the apartment fiasco, the courtcase, and finally Soham's "death", pushed Savita into over-hate mode.

I don't really care about this show anymore, but just figured I'd mention this. Basically, like we've said before, the only really pure character was Satish. And we still don't know what happened to him. Everyone else has made mistakes so ridiculous, ludicrous and at times repulsive (Savita pinching Sachu, Savita causing Sachu to misbehave so that he would want to go back to Shravani and convincing Archu that she couldn't manage both kids, Archana almost giving up Soham, Archana giving the money to Varsha, Manohar running off, Vinod throwing Sulo out, Manju and her family overall, Manav then compared to today) that even the most devout fan cannot support the character.

Let me get it straight .

Manav buys 70 Lakh house 20 years ago for his saas to fulfil her dream but tells his own mother ' you can go if u want to' from her one and only own chawl home that does not belong to him ? That too in front of the Ganpati idol...when ganpati is still in the house ?

And Punni is cleverly bringing selfish Manju and Vinod back to that 70 lakh house which has value in crores today as per the Mumbai real estate market ...Manju due to whom the house went for nilaami at double or four times the price ?

So its okay for Manav that Manju and Vinod eat his crores of money because they are Archana's relatives [ i see no other qualification] but his mother he will put out on the streets during Ganpati days ?

Does he believe in the wrath of Ganpati ?

Saas who slapped him and Archana's bhabhi who morally killed his own brother with false charges he can forgive and give them crores of his money and a roof on their sainted heads which i am sure has halos but he cannot forgive his own mom and tells her she can go from a house he has not even bought for her and this is right for she 'deserves ' it ?

3 crores he can be ready to forgo for a girl who was adopted even without his knowledge or permission but his own mother should leave her own house coz

she left of her own free will [ shrug shrug]

she is just not liking his wife .

Suppose she was responsible for seperating the mother Archana from her children ...what had stopped Archana from reaching out to them ?

Nothing ...is the answer .

Will Archana like it if Punni devalues Sulochana's upbringing ...bcoz Manju used to go to office . It was Sulochana who brought Punni up . How about Punni now giving the whole credit now to Manju ?

Well Savita brought the children up alone in an old age . Manju was at least involved but Archana wasn't even there .
