You can do that on many sites like http://www.imgur.com

You have to create a Id there first.

Then you can use the link of that picture as avatar or signature however you want.. The link will look somewhat like this --> http://i.imgur.com/CzwYYRB.jpg

Upload the gif onto your computer and go on imgur.com, then you upload the gif on there and copy and paste it after it's done with everything there and it will post on IF after that :)
