Hei jai...if i quote you and you me it will take a whole page...😆😆 so..yes first i also thought they were caught up in the moment...so i was kind of telling myself it's ok...but when archu was leaving purvi...purvi face said it all...couldn't tej hug her then and say don't worry..we will take good care of her..i will come see you tom..you take care until then...and don't worry everything will be fine...i give up now..going to wait for today's episode...hopefully tom when great sulo goes to temple manav goes to see purvi alone and they can have a father-daughter moment...manav hugs her and purvi breaks down..she needs a good cry...it will be one of the best episodes...and yes to sachin-archu also...puru-anki are very close real life..so i hope for a see scenes between them also and some lines...😆😆

Dear Jai, don't mean to offend, Archana's joy is understandable, the past 18 years have been vindicated, she feels euphoric to have her children back, normal, to be expected. But I beg to differ on one point, she is not a newly married going to her sasural, she is a 50 yr old woman going back to her husband's house, her house. She can have all the time she needs to adjust and bring Purvi there but she owed it to Purvi even in this her supreme moment of vindication some words of reassurance and love. This is expected of a mother, not Anki, but Archana the 50 yr old character who has to be first and foremost a mother before she is a wife. The time for the latter is now past, ARMAN lost that time of youth due to their own foolhardiness and Savita's treachery. They are older and wiser now with responsibilities towards all their children, this responsibility is what made Manav want to go ahead with the divorce because he understood that his kids did not want their mom and however much he wanted her, his role had changed, his duty as a father took precedence over what he wanted. Similarly while nobody is begrudging Archana her rightfully earned time with her family, she could have, should have spared a thought to the girl who gave her all for her happiness. Not in a week, not in a month, no not even tomorrow but today before she left, that is what a mother is and does.

I really do not want Purvi in the Deshmukh household, she will be made to feel a misfit there, her debt is paid, as Abhi says she should live her life now. The load of gratitude and debt have been lightened, if Arjun is no longer by her side, who cares, she owes it to herself to move forward with a spring in her step to forge her own future.

Great. Now sulochana is bad for saying that she will pray for Archana's family!
When sulo supported purvi for Arjun then she was great! The whole world revolves around purvi only doesn't it?
Even if she changes plans at the last minute and causes upheaval in many lives! She is always bechari.
Did not archana say that she won't leave the house and was not purvi one of the people who asked her to go and hugged her! archana wanted her to marry Arjun and be happy didn't she. She asked her to delink their lives and move ahead. And still archana is at fault! Poor bechari purvi!

Hei Jhanvi...i hope i don't run out of reply post...anyway's before i wanted Purvi to stay in th D clan house but now i don't think so...i agree with you she will be a misfit...she needs time to recover from today, from arjun...being with the D clan, will only make her remember, with ovi coming all the time...but i want manav to go and talk to her...she has wanted that..her baba..she has lost arjun..i thought at least today she would get her family but i was wrong...i guess i will let Jai reply you on Archana's part...

This is not Archana vs Purvi, it is a mother daughter story and no one is denying Archana is a great mom, all of us as moms do make mistakes, so nothing wrong in pointing out if we feel Archana was in the wrong today. That does not make her a bad mom. Archana is a lovely human being if at times foolish but she is not perfect and neither is Purvi. We scolded Purvi too for her high handed treatment of Arjun. We have wept and felt with Archana her pain, her triumph on Friday was our triumph too so please let us not make this into a Purvi against Archana issue, it is just a discussion of how the story was played out today. Not meant to hurt anybody.

After reading umpteen number of posts bashing archana for " neglecting" and "abandoning" purvi, I defend archana and am being accused of starting purvi vs archana discussion? Great!
Yes it is poor purvi today but archana is not the only one responsible for this. Sacrifice or no sacrifice, archana would have gone back to her family in the real sense only when her children accept her, which happened today. No where in today's or earlier episodes did archana NOT show concern for purvi. And still she is bashed. I think that I also hold the right to defend her .

Jai, you said it beautifully. Yes, love is timeless and ARMAN have lost a lot of time together and have a lot to make up - guilt, love, re-affirming of faith, trust. Archana, I believe, loves Purvi just as much if not more than her natural born kids, no doubt about that. And you are right , the epi today was about her re-union, her triumph but if it is not Archana's fault and if there was not time enough to show the deep unspoken understanding that exists between mother and daughter, the CVs should have thrown in a line at least from Archana to Purvi, some words of reassurance. Sulo praying for her daughter, I don't begrudge her that, to my mom to this day, I come first not her grand kids even though she will give her life for them. As a mother, I know too that however much my daughter understands me and knows I love her above all else, she does need the verbal or physical reassurance from me. Today of all days. Purvi however much she knows her mother loves her, must have felt a little bit of an outsider and needed that reasurance from Archana which didn't come. That is all.

Abhi I have no doubt that Manav will rise to the occasion and make Purvi his own daughter but it is in Purvi's best interests to stay from them for the time being.

I am sorry if it came across that way, did not mean to accuse you at all, I used the word "we" not "you". And you have every right to defend Archana and I have defended Archana too over and over again. No one can accuse Archana of being indifferent or not caring for Purvi, that said, it cannot be called bashing to say that she could have "shown" (I don't say "felt" because as Jai put it so well, Purvi is never far from Archana's mind, which daughter can be from her mother's mind?) to Purvi that she will be part of her aai's new family. Archana is the protagonist of the story, and if some of us criticize her actions (she is human after all), does not mean we like her any less.
