Just read the WU. I didn't like how manav treated purvi. I hope purvi stops considering him her father. He doesn't deserve the respect purvi is giving him.

Dk ( Manav's boss was Ok ) but still Manav decided to punish Archaan ...and he did ...

she took the punishment ..All through her preganany he neglected her but she too kthat quietly ...and then he took her babies and left her to die for 18 years ..not sending even one penny or even finding out about her ...was she also not his responsibility ...was he not suppiosed to find out about what happened to his wife ?

Still she did not complain and patiently waited for him ...If this man still wants to punish her about these court cases then he should ..The I reall yhope that divorce happens because then this would prove that Manav andArchana are two different people ..He is the Grudge keeper then and it is no point livingwith someone who keeps grudges so close to his heart all his life and only belives in punishing and never thinks about what he did wrong ...

Tanya, This, Tanya is the crux of the problems. Grudge Keeping and Unforgiveness. Archana has made mistakes, Manav has made mistakes. Archana has forgiven Manav for everything he has done to her, but, if the views of the forum are correct, Manav should never ever ..i mean NEVER ...forgive Archana. Archana believed Ajit over Manav, once. She profusely apologized and cried.

Manav believes Savita over Archana every single day of his life yet only ocassionally notices. He believed Dharmesh over his wife.

But only Archana should apologize and forgive.

Manav told his wife he was going to divorce her and marry his dead brothers girlfriend who was pregnant.

Archana foolishly agreed and forgave her husband for wanting to leave her.

Archana wrongly took Manav to court over the chawl case. (as a wife to a husband) Manav never forgave her even though the judge however found her argument correct and valid..

Manav abandoned his wife when she lost the first baby to miscarriage, making her feel it was her fault. A miscarriage, her fault. What kind of a man does that to his wife???

Manav abandoned his wife emotionally when she was pregnant with the twins. He was still mad at her for the court case...holding his GRUDGE.

BUT Archana forgave him

Both Archu and Manav loaned out Soham wrongly.

Manav tried to have Soham adopted legally to Varsha and Satish. Archana stopped it.

Archana gave Soham to Varsha to play with for one hour. Varsha stole him.

But only Archana is blamed for this.

Archana taught her daughter Purvi to love and honor Manav and she forgave him for all his hurts.

Manav taught his daughters to hate Archana because he could not cannot ever forgive her .

If a person believes in eternal grudge holding and no forgiveness, Manav is king.

If a person believes one should forgive and move forward, Archana is queeen.

ARchana admits her mistakes.

Manav does not.

I personally choose forgiveness over grudge holding and hatred and why I support Archana. If Manav will admit his mistakes, forgive Archana and stop the abuse, I will also support him.

Simple.

Archana has many mistakes and she is very foolish but she is not a Grudge keeper and I love her for this .

And it has to be a two-way street. if the kids hate her and manav is responsible for that; then archana should tell him that's the reason she wants a divorce. When archana told manav first after the 18 year leap that she did not send the divorce papers, he immediately went to talk to her asking her to come back; not caring that he was gatecrashing punni's engagement party. That was communication-- she told him she didn't sign the papers and he asked her to come back with him if she didn't. He reciprocated when she told him the truth. He didn't stay quiet and sign the divorce papers either way. Mind you, he could have. They were separated for a very long time and did not part in the happiest circumstances. But he loved her and immediately tried to rectify the situation. Does that seem like a man holding grudges? No, he's a man who doesn't know all that's happening around him and who doesn't know the decisions taken for him by others; including his wife and his mother. He will and can react only when he knows the truth. If he doesn't reach then, we can blame him all we want. Not now when he doesn't even know what to react to and how.

😲 Hope your back gets better soon. ANd no more debating from me for now, have to get back to my work!
