Time and again, actors make the transition from small screen to big screen but invain. Isn't it just about everyone's dream to do a Shah Rukh Khan, whose journey after the small screen is already the stuff of history? Sources close to the actor tell us that even though many big filmmakers had approached Rajput, he didn't give in and went ahead only when UTV Motion Pictures struck a two-film deal with him. His first film as leading man, Kai Po Che!, being directed by Abhishek Kapoor, is expected to release early next year.

Now the actor has added another feather to his cap. According to trade sources, Rajkumar Hirani has signed him to play the second hero in his film Peekay. The source reveals that Hirani was extremely moved with the screen test the newbie did for the film.

After these two big budgeted films, what more are we going to see from UTV?
Well, yes, there's a lot coming up from our house. There is a film called 'Kai Po Che!' directed by Abhishek Kapoor of Rock On fame that is based on Chetan Bhagat's novel, 'The Three Mistakes of My Life'! It is a beautiful story which is really interesting! Then there is 'Ghanchakkar' with Emraan Hashmi and Vidya Balan. After that we have Sajid Khan's 'Himmatwala', Prakhash Jha's 'Satyagraha' and of course we have the biggie in store. Shah Rukh Khan and Rohit Shetty are coming together for the first time in 'Chennai Express', which is also headed by UTV! So there is a lot going on!

Ahh... Everyone can't have ditto same information. They are actors and after all getting news about them that too word to word correct is difficult. I told here what was told to me. I am not of person who would like to post any fake news just for getting attention. The person who told me that he would go for Italy also didn't knew that first Sushant would go to Delhi and then Italy..
And anyways it was not a wrong information. He will be going to Italy after completing shoot for KPC.
