so hugging him and cleaning his wound are allowed but his forehead kiss is a sin..come on.. She lives in Mumbai.. asking whether there is something on the face when he looks at her.. are little too much.. Arjun, please move on. I dont think you want to go thru this and answer Aaji for each and every step...you definitely deserve better than this.

I couldn't believe the way she spoke to Arjun in this episode. If Arjun really wanted to take advantage of her, this would have happened on the many times they were alone but he never crossed the line. So quickly she forgets this is the same guy who stood guard so men wouldn't stare at her. I was really disaappointed in Purvi sems her thinking is no different than Sulochana's

@aviaanya...I do kind of have to agree. Touching, hugging, etc are on thing. But a kiss of any kind in the professional environment (especially by the boss) does take things to another level.

Another thing...everyone remember what the facts are: 1) she does not know his feelings for her and 2) think of it from her standpoint while keeping her upbringing in mind: here is her boss who comes from Canada, is so rude and insulting to her, belittles her, says pretty mean things nd behaves atrociously, then does an about flip, starts being really nice, stares at her all the time, evokes feelings in her she doesn't understand and on top of it is taught are bad to have since she got a grandma at home harping every chance she gets about how girls should think and behave. Thn he goes and kisses her which takes things beyond where they have ever gone before.

She's got an ex fiance who keeps taunting her and hey let's be honest here: because he hit that nail right on the head and it was very close to home. Because the truth is he is right: there is something with Arjun, she does love him, but she has been taught all her life that GOOD girls don't have these kind of feelings for boys by good old Aji: so she is shocked, horrified, confused and mad- AT HERSELF- because she doesn't know it is ok to love him. She thinks it's wrong. So she does what anyone would do in that situation which is lash out and displace blame onto the poor guy and keep him at arms length because she does love him deep inside and is scared to death of it.

My take on Purvi based on my opinion of her character in general from the start. She is a very uppity Miss. She is rude and high-handed. I accept that she gave Arjun as good as she got but nonetheless she forgot that Arjun is the boss and although you can defend yourself and show the facts of a case, you can by no means be rude. Purvi is rude. Even that MMS episode - recall how she spoke to ?Vinay, her ex fiance. She was RUDE - even if you are a supervisor, you do not speak to your subordinates that way. I was quite shocked. Even if the subordinate was being lazy, you can tell off that staf member but not in that rude way that Purvi spoke to him.

On the other hand, Arjun was equally bad but when he realised Purvi' true worth as an employee, he took her side and was not mean to her. Subsequently, he started to fall in love with her without realising it until the kiss episode in the office.

Now let me get to the kiss incident: Both Arjun and Purvi were distraught and you cannot deny that they hugged - Arjun comfortiing Purvi and Purvi accepting that comforting gesture. What happened after that - a light kiss on the forehead - was something that happened, I believe, without thought. It was another comforting gesture which Purvi misunderstood. Although i do not blame her for misunderstanding the gesture at that point, I felt that she had gone overboard later by thinking that he was being cheeky. As mentioned by someone he could have misbehaved while they were in the hotel room working - ample opportunities to do so - blowing the eyes to remove the dirt. Frankly i would not have done that nor would i have allowed it to be done to me. I would have just run to the bathroom to give the eye a wash - but this is zeeland so we accept that we blow into each other's eyes.

I am totally surprised that Purvi could think SO BADLY about Arjun. I would have thought that she should have given Arjun a chance to explain instead of being so high-handed and uppity. She is no angel too for that matter - while travelling to Pune, she was totally relaxed and street dancing and asking the boy to take photos of her and Arjun not once but a few times and they were very close to each other taking the photo - if she could do that it shows that she is comfortable with Arjun, comfortable enough to be held so close. With that kind of comfort zone, i am surprised that after the incident and some cooling time with the support of her mother and grandmother, she did not allow Arjun to speak or give an explanation. The least she could do was to allow him to explain and then decide whether he is being honest or not.

Purvi needs to be realistic and give Arjun a chance. She should realise that the MMs scandal is not only giving bad name to her and her family but also Arjun and his family.
Hats off to Arjun for being courageous enough to realise his love for Purvi and deciding to tell Ovi about it.
I just wish the creatives don't drag this track further than it should..

they should not drag this breakup track beyond 4-5 episodes.. that's where my patience meter ends for Pavitra Rishta..😡
