Arjun cannot fire Vinay because his alliance is broken with Purvi or he did not treat Purvi right. It is a personal matter. If Vinay does a big mistake professionally then he can fire him.

It would be better if Purvi leaves the job and they can meet out side of the office as Arjun is renovating her chawl. If Purvi stays at work then Punni and now Vinay will create problems for ArVi, then Purvi has to be strong and fight back as she did it with Arjun. If it happens then it will be worth watching!!!!!

Yes, Purvi should leave the job now, especially with Punni and Vinay around. Arjun and Purvi can meet outside somewhere.

But before anything happens, I'd really like Arjun to tell Purvi quickly tthat he's engaged to be married and not at the last moment. It'll be a shady thing to do if he doesn't spill the beans now.
