yes,...you can't take a minor in and have her stay with you, just legally - in the West court decides and so kids stay in the interim in foster care until court decides...how will Archana prove she didn't have any bad intentions...adoption isn't an easy process...they see from economical status to the mental condition of the parent...Archu maynot even have got to adopt as she has given her kids up and had a very shaky marriage...there are so many angles here Umi...I hope the Cvs thought these out well...

process of adoption is a very difficult and lot of technicalitie are involve in it remember how archana sister varsha and satish decide to adopt a child from an orphanage and what happen to her in the end .
