@bold - me too want to do that. We had a teamlead (technically very good but bad with people) who had 10% of attitude as arjun, who yelled at employees. They went and complained to upper management. That teamlead got warnings from upper management. Here arjun is owner of the company and he is behaving very cheap. I like the way purvi is behaving with him, especially after working whole night but didn't get any appreciation...
