Bobbyji I know what you mean.. You know yesterday in office there was this same scene which happened ... My manager(Geo Manager) asked a supervisor (manager to be ) why did he approve a leave without informing him... The way manager shouted was 😲ing... He screamed on top of his voice saying that supervisor does not have any rights to give approvals without his knowledge... Felt bad for Supervisor though 😒 He did not deserve this...Manager comes in business hours as per IST and people who log in early will call only Supervisor for sick leaves or any emergency... Manager will not bother to pick the call also if someone calls at early hours... But Purvi's case is different here...
