i m stuck on it for a good 6-7 months now

See on the keyboard there is a print screen button..i think it says prinscr..you just need to hit this button and what ever is displayed at your screen...ie whatever you are act seeing it it will get scored in pc's buffer...then open Paint Brush in pc and paste it(control + V) and save the file...only after saving this file go for second print otherwise the second will over right the first...get it?
