Umi ...He has not ONCE tried to understand WHY Manav threw her OUT of his life .Not ONCE . He is only interested in DAARU and making issues without bothering to be objective even ONCE . I wud have appreciated it if he had met Archana and told her at least once that she was wrong in doing the case on his decent son who had done EVERYTHING for her family . How WRONG it is of archana to stay CHUPCHAP and allow Manav to be hit by a courtcase ONCE MORE ?Is this LOVE ? This great Love story shows that a lover can plonk cases after cases on husband and have the cheek to stand up and say oh I still LOVE him . So what if I pull him to court everytime . Is this believable ?
Archana's daughter is very rude , sassy and oversmart . She threw dupatta down and did nonsense in that cabin and now she is going to extreme negative level with management when the issue needs some sensible dialogue . They do have the period of a year , meanwhile cannot talks commemce ? Whats this ?

arrey tell Him, immediate termination or terminating all at one go after a year is not good from your POV. Tell him that just look at the work and quality provide by them for a year, put them in probationary periods and then if you like the work and you are satisfied,make them permanent...Ask him to Give them the time and you can estimate the employees in that time and then go on with your decision... tell him that they can find good ones too here who may be efficient, so just consider their request...
It has to be negotiated in the correct manner reminding that the issue is being talked with the boss that who is willing to hear it from their side...
