Hope the CVs are always doing this, they seem to suffer from short term memory loss but we don't.

you know I don't personally have any major dislike for the character Archana but the whole "wins" situations even when certain mistakes are blatant makes it difficult to accept or endear oneself to the character. I wish every once in a while they would show that she is human and acknowledges her shortcomings or mistakes honestly and without a martyrish air.
It would make the character more reasonable for me.
ankita does a fine job with the character she is asked to portray but the actor can only contribute so much in making the character endearing, the CVs also have to take some responsbility

I totally agree with you. I want Archana to acknowledge what she did was wrong, she shouldn't have given up her children nor should she have fought against Manav in court. I want her to acknowledge that somewhere she went wrong, that she shares blame in her marriage falling apart. This is not only Manav's doing or Savita's, Archana is also at fault and I want her to accept that.

Exactly my thoughts'Ankita acts so well that ppl just dislike the charater with conviction'she can act the 'extreme mahaan' thing very convincingly'ppl disliking the character will always find a smile/a movement that viewers can simply give examples to make their point'it's such good acting'whereas even today's Poorvi's act regarding her fight with Aagi was so fake too me'.that scene with archu was poorly directed, found it OTT'.my POV
Kools loved ur post about how Manav at the peak of his career could have any number of women at his finger-tips …I could have loved if Cvs showed this, but alas Cvs will never show any of these things as to them these are extremely repulsive/negative things to do…they want to destroy the character but to not that extend…but the truth is getting married a second time after a first failed marriage is only natural and human, ppl marry not only for the physical aspect, but the companionship one gets….it is so human to seek a life partner to share and grow old with… I mean ppl might develop mental dependence with any physical need….
Hope the writing is so poor for Archana's character. I would have rather her reasons for giving up her children is because she feels she failed Soham by trusting Varsha, instead they made this about her love for Manav and how pavitra their relationship is. Her warped views about love have had a damaging affect on her character. I want her to be shown thinking realistically here. Hopefully she will be shown accepting her mistakes once she meets Manav and her children. She has to own upto her part in being out of her kids lives for so many years.
