Without Sushant it can never be the same again and making a young girl like Ankita 50+ woman who is a mother of a jawaan boy is just stupid ...it's absolutely crazy ...👎🏼

It's very simple Kool .Madam Ekta is on a power trip who thinks that whatever she thinks is right .She believes that she can stretch this show for another year or more by doing the same sort of thing that she did in Kyonki or her other shows ...

We do not know what are the situations for her. Sushant had offers waiting for him in movies and he had NY plans as well.

today's episode everything seems to going towards leap ... savita telling shravni to take sachu along with he...r everything seemed so confusing today... is she taking leap in a hurry or wat... dharmesh telling d.k to shut d project... kya hai yeh yr.

That is the most probable reason. She is definitely one of the highest paid tv actresses these days and looking at the way she once spoke about how hard it is to not have work, I would assume that's the reason she's staying. Even if she quit now there is no guarantee of getting another lead role in a tv serial; many who were in her place a few years ago are now facing problems of no work and no money, so she might as well bank as much as she can. Also, it's just a really really bad idea for her and Sushant to both not be working at the same time; even if he won't be in town at least the show is something to keep her busy and occupied.

Anyway, PR's contract with Zee is only for a few more months, maybe she can secure another opportunity in the meantime.
